A: TeamSideline is for anyone involved with recreational sports teams. Whether you are a Team Captain, Coach, Parent or family member, TeamSideline enables you to communicate and coordinate with each other to save time and make your experience have less frustration and more fun!

Q: Is our TeamSideline information private?
A: Yes. TeamSideline is private and secure. Everyone must Sign In with a registered email address and password. -- and only Team members have access to the private information of a Team. Team Staff can control who can and can not view TeamSideline information.

Q: Can I use TeamSideline to run my entire Team?
A: Yes, and if you don’t see something you need, click the Contact us link at the bottom of the page to let us know.

Q: Why do I need to Register?
A: You need to Register to have an activated email address and password. If you do not have an activated email address and password then you can not see the Team member information your email address is linked to. Only Team members have access to Team information. TeamSideline is private and secure.

Q: I have tried to register and I have not received an email from teamsideline in order for me to log into the website. Why?
A: Sometimes emails can be routed to your junk or spam folder. Check in one of those types of folders. It’s possible your email system may have inadvertently routed the email there.

Q: How do I get a new password?
A: Click the Sign In link and click the “Forgot your password?” link.
