The NRG program, here at FO1, is a terrific fit for players who are seeking an elevated challenge in volleyball with hopes of joining a club or a junior high team in the next one to two years. This program host players ranging from 3rd – 6th grade (9-12yrs old) who are seeking to develop the necessary skills that are essential for continuing on to make our club teams here at FO1.

In this program, no try-out is necessary, as every player who registers will make a team.  Players train once per week and have an opportunity to participate in a number of weekend tournaments against local clubs throughout the city. Our skills training focuses on the specific needs of the individual player.  During team practices, coaches train their teams based on the needs of the team.   Team practices include pick up games against other NRG teams, giving the players valuable court and game time experience.  The NRG program teaches players court discipline and focus without compromising a good time. We like to say we teach the FUNdamentals of volleyball.  Finally, our NRG players have a terrific opportunity to train on courts adjacent to the older players at FO1.  We have found this inspires our girls, as the older players have embraced the program and support our girls.  Come spend some time on our court and we know you’ll be pleased with the results.

FO1 Sports is a 501(C)3 charitable organization committed to providing sports leagues that are governed by biblical principles and God honoring standards-presented with excellence and a level of competition that highlights the talents and commitment of area youth. Our directors and volunteers are devoted to providing guidance in the physical, mental, spiritual, social and financial disciplines. Together, honoring our Father, as one.
