To get your team registered for the summer 2013 season, you need to:

• Fill out the information below
• Fill out the roster form
• Pay your team fee ($30 or $80)
• Pay your $16 deposit (no checks or credit cards)

Payment can be made at either Hicks Community Center (3443 S Mingo), Reed Community Center (4233 S Yukon) or mail to:

Make checks payable to "City of Tulsa".

Registration Deadline: Friday, May 3, 2013

Before submitting your team registration, print out the Beach Volleyball Roster. The filled out form needs to accompany your registration fee.

Schedules will be sent by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 9. Games begin on May 16.
