#4474: QCSRA - Lewis County ELC in Centralia
Entry Level Referee Grade 8: LCYSA will be hosting an Entry Level Officiating Class. Lewis County participants will have priority if the class fills.
DATE & TIME: Saturday, 7/7/2012 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
In order to attend, the online clinic will have to be completed, as well as the first part of the Entry Level Test. If these are not done, you will not be allowed to participate. There will be no exceptions.

One week before the clinic, you will be sent a 56 question test and answer sheet which must be completed and brought to the clinic. In order to complete the Grade 8 clinic you will need to score 42 or higher on the 56 question test. If not, you will not be able to complete the testing and registration process.
After you register, you will receive emails with updates on the clinic schedule. Be sure that your email is correct when registering.
There will be a 44 question test at the end of the clinic which must be passed in order to register as a grade 8 referee. Those participants under 14 years of age will take the grade 9 test. If it is passed (38 or higher out of 50), then the 44 question grade 8 test may be attempted.
FEE:
Each participant will write two checks:
$20 to LCYSA - pays the local costs for the clinic. (this must be prepaid)
$65 to WSRC - $15 pays the instructors, plus $50 fee for license (the $65 is paid when you pass this class - referee registration fee) Lewis County will be reimbursing referees who work in their area.

Centralia Community Church of God 3320 Borst Ave. Coming from Olympia Take exit 82 and go to the right on Harrison Ave Get in to the left hand turn lane and Turn left on at the 2nd light onto Johnson rd Go Right on Borst Ave and go 1 mile up Church will be on the left across the street will be Centralia High School.

- $35.00. Two checks:

Checks for your annual USSF registration should be made out to WSRC. You may re-certify if you have completed your 5 hours of training and the online test. This clinic cannot be used to meet the 5 hour training requirement. Attend during the registration period only for re-certification.

In order to register as a grade 8, everyone must score 75% on the test. If you score less than 75%, you may take the grade 9 test and register as a grade 9 referee. There are no retakes of the test. The threshold of 75% is firm. |
