2025 Summer Archery Program - Summer 2025

Summer Archery Adventure introduces kids ages 7 to 12 to the exciting sport of archery in a safe and fun environment. Using Stick It Safe Archery Equipment, participants will learn proper shooting techniques, range safety, and target practice through hands-on instruction and engaging activities. The program will emphasize safety, skill development, and confidence-building, making this a great introduction to the sport. No experience is needed—just come ready to aim and have fun!

• Time: 9am-10am or 10am-11am
• Location: Wallace Park

2025 Youth Tennis Program - Summer 2025

Summer Tennis Program for Kids (Ages 6-16)

Our summer tennis program is designed to teach and develop the fundamental skills of tennis in a fun and engaging environment. Open to kids ages 6-16, the program offers two sessions, each meeting three days a week for three weeks. Instruction is led by the head girls' tennis coach and assisted by high school tennis players. Participants will improve their technique, build confidence, and enjoy a great summer on the courts!

2025 In-The-Zone Sports Camps - Summer 2025

In-The-Zone Summer Sports Camps are all about fun, energy, and nonstop play! These camps are a 4-day, 3-hour camp that will keep campers active throughout the summer. Each day, campers will jump into a mix of their favorite sports and exciting new games, from basketball and soccer to pickleball and ultimate frisbee. With a focus on open play and creativity, kids can compete, explore, and enjoy sports in a relaxed, exciting environment. Get ready for an unforgettable summer of action, teamwork, and fun!

Afternoon Adventure Camp: A New Discovery Every Week!

Get ready for an unforgettable summer of hands-on exploration and endless fun at Afternoon Adventure Camp! Each week, campers will dive into a brand-new theme filled with exciting activities, creative projects, and fascinating discoveries. Whether they’re whipping up wacky science experiments, exploring the great outdoors, getting crafty with artistic creations, or stepping back in time with classic board games, every afternoon brings a fresh adventure!

2025 Summer Arts Camps - Summer 2025

Unleash your child’s creativity in a fun-filled art adventure! In Session 1, young artists will dive into the magic of handmade paper and experiment with the sun-powered wonders of cyanotype printmaking. Session 2 invites them to explore the world of painting and drawing, bringing imagination to life with vibrant colors and bold strokes. Each session is designed to spark joy, inspire self-expression, and celebrate the endless possibilities of art!

• Session 1: Hand-Made Paper and Printmaking - June 9th - 12th
• Session 2: Paining - July 7th - 10th

2025 Summer Puzzle Palooza - Summer 2025

Get your team (2-4 people) ready to compete in the Summer Puzzle Palooza on Sunday, July 13th from 2-4pm at the Paola Community Center. Teams will race to see who can complete the custom puzzle the fastest. There will be a two-hour time limit. If the time limit expires before any team has completed their puzzle, then remaining “loose” pieces will be counted to determine the winners. Prizes will be given to the top three teams. Maximum of 12 teams so get signed up early. Teams will get to keep their puzzle following the competition.

• Competition Date: Sunday, July 13th
• Time: 2-4pm (Check-in will start at 1:30pm)
• Location: Paola Community Center
