Adult COED Sand Volleyball Summer 2025 - Summer 2025

Soak up the sun this summer with 6 weeks of coed sand volleyball at Fross Park!

Must be 18 and older to play

Season begins on July 6th

End of season tournament will be held on Sunday, August 17th

*Teams must have a minimum of 4 players in order to play.  There does not need to be an equal number of men and women on a team, but at no time can there be no more than 3 men on the court.  

All Sports Camp 2025 - Summer 2025

Get ready for an exhilarating week where every day is a new experience! At All Sports Camp, we offer a dynamic and inclusive environment for kids to engage in a wide range of sports activities. Our camp is designed to help develop motor skills, foster teamwork, and help each participant develop their athletic skills while having a blast! This 4 day camp will have two session, both about 45 minutes to an hour each day. 

Flag Football 2025 - Fall 2025

Flag Football league will be 6 weeks long.  Practice times and dates are set by the volunteer coaches.  Practice will start the week of September 8th and games will kick off on Sunday, September 21st and will conclude on October 19th.  Games will be played against other CPU teams and will be located at Fross Park.  

Games will be played at Fross Park on Sunday evenings at 4:30PM and 5:30PM and will be officiated by high school volunteers and/or park staff members.  K - 1st division will play at 4:30PM and 2nd - 3rd division will play at 5:30PM.

Camp runs twice a week for two weeks from 5:30pm-6:30pm at Fross Park.

Pre-K will have camp on Tuesday & Thursday's.

Kindergarten will have camp on Monday & Wednesday's.
