 | WHAT ARE ALLSTAR AND WINTERBALL ELIGIBILTY RULES |

ALL STAR ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to participate on a Norcal league allstar team, a player must be registered and insured with our local ASA Association by the Norcal League for the current Spring 2012 playing season. The player must have participated in 1/3 of the league scheduled games to be elgible to have played for the season. The Player must be registered by April 1st with the local league and participating on one Norcal recreation team within the league and not rostered or participating on any tournament travel team after April 1 date. A players eligibility is defined by the highest age group the player played during the leagues games, interleague or league schedule.
WINTERBALL ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to participate on any NORCAL WINTERBALL team that plays within the NORCAL winterball season, a player must have been registered and played with a Norcal League for the current 2012 Spring season and was eligible to play on that league Norcal Allstar Team. Which means this player could not have been registered or rostered and/or participated on a tournnament/travel team after April 1, 2012.
Also, a rostered winterball player can not be rostered and/or participate on any other softball team to remain eligible on and for the Norcal winerball team.
Each winterball team must be sanction/approved to play in NORCAL winterball by league Board of Director/President.
Any team or league that plays ineligible players are subject to sanction according to NORCAL and ASA and will forfeit the teams rights for continued play during winterball season. |

APRIL 14 NORCAL MEETING AT CORDOVA CITY HALL - 7:00
MAY 1 LEAGUE PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED ON ONE
TEAM ONLY. THIS MEANS THEY MAY NOT BE ON
OTHER TEAMS: DFSOFTBALL, NSA, IFA, USSSA, ALL
WORLD, ETC.
MAY 9 NORCAL MEETING AT CORDOVA CITY HALL 7:00
THIS IS THE ALLTAR INTENTION MEETING.
JUNE 9-10 STARS OF CORDOVA TOURNAMENT
JUNE 13 NORCAL MEETING: PAYMENT
AND REGISTRATION FOR ALLSTARS DUE. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
JUNE 16-17 PIECE OF THE ROCK (ROCKLIN TOURNAMENT)
JUNE 23-24 FOOTHILL/GSSA B QUALIFIER
JUNE 25 NORCALMANAGERS DRAW FOR ALLSTARS
JULY 7-10 NORCAL ALLSTARS

registration. GSSA will invoice your League directly for your
