Use the Newsletter signup feature to solidify communications with your organizations – then use the Communications function to send out rich text announcements to however you decide to slice your database of names -- and that’s just the start of it.

Scheduling
Powerful scheduling in seconds. This tool is built to get smarter the more you use it, whether it’s previous coach data, sport defaults – you decide, then schedule. It includes the Communication function, Playoffs, Practices, Content Management features, File Downloads, Stats, Integrated Location Availability across all Sports, Leagues and Divisions, Coach and Team Search Functions, Reports, the list goes on, and on – Use a Cadillac – but Go Green at the price of just a few print cartridges.
Team Management
Quite cool! – Allows assignment of registrants to Divisions and Teams, automatic creation of Team Sites, and makes communications with your coaches and players simple as 1-2-3.

Private Team pages including rosters, schedules, announcements, reminders, web maps for locations and more -- for Coaches, Parents, Players -- and their family and friends as well. Track anything -- from Snacks to Scores, it’s up to you.
