TeamSideline uses a completely integrated shopping cart process within your site that walks users through the process of creating a family account, adding family members, and then registering for your program. The customer gets a receipt and can sign in later to review their account and pay any remaining balance.

Credit Card Processing You can choose to take checks and/or credit cards. We recognize all our customers have different needs so we provide 3 credit card setups including us handling everything at a low flat rate for your organization, or you can have your own TeamSideline merchant account, or we can link to your pre-existing merchant account.

Team Registration Team Registration is fully supported with all our standard registration features. The process is fully customizable so you can collect the data you need. Allow coaches to enter and update their rosters with the coach roster management feature -- and then lock them when the season starts. Full reporting capabilities for printing single page waiver forms for the team and more.

Team Building Define your teams, select the players and assign -- and your rosters are done. Need more help picking players that played on the same team last year, or go to the same school -- use the filters to find the players you're looking for.

Reporting Want to quickly view your registration counts? Check your online dashboard, or get a detailed report of enrollments, accounts, or any other data within TeamSideline. There are numerous options for filtering, sorting, and field selection for the report enthusiast. You can also save our favorite reports to easily run them again.

Account Management Easily lookup families to see what team they are on, or access their Team Site. Find out if they have a balance or place an order for them. The Account Management module gives you control over your members data, with year over year tracking of enrollments, volunteer shifts, and account balance. Plus you can configure any fields you would like to track at an account level, parent, or player level, making it completely customizable.

Volunteer Management Need to track volunteer shifts for the snack bar or opening day? The Volunteer Management module allows you to define the shifts and then allow parents/volunteers to sign up for the time that works for them. Configure follow-up notices so everyone signs up or run the exception report to see who is not signed up. Volunteers will get a reminder email for their shift so you can reduce no-shows. All volunteer activity is tracked on each family account each year so you can know who is and is not pulling their weight.

Data Center Uploads TeamSideline supports Little League and ASA upload formats and more so you can easily export your data to the state or national organization.
