Parade will start in downtown Auburn at 9:30, with food, fun and football (soccer) to follow at Railhead Park. See calendar below for more info...

Only u6 and u8 teams will be playing at soccerfest. The games will start on the half hour starting at 10:30. If your team will not be playing their game please call me asap so I can juggle the schedule. Please have your binders and medical release forms with you for the game.   • The home coach is responsible to notify the visiting coach if a match is cancelled. A match may be cancelled up to the scheduled start time of the match as weather changes.  We apologize if you and your parents drive to the match and it is cancelled at the last minute. Again, we want to get in as many matches as we safely can.   You may want to contact the opposing coach to get their cell number if not listed on the contact list.
  •  In the event of a League Wide cancellation, a notice will be posted on  Parents can check the website throughout the day for updates.  If there is a League wide cancellation, make up matches maybe played on the Makeup weekend scheduled for November 17th.  Attempts will be made to reschedule regionally cancelled matches. Please inform your parents that matches maybe played on Nov 17thin the event cancellation.
  • If a match is cancelled at the last minute and youth referees are at the field without a ride. Please stay with them until their parents arrive to pick them up. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM THERE ALONE.
AYSC Dog Policy

As part of our agreement with the school district, dogs are not allowed on any of our playing fields at any time (practice or games).  
Soccerfest and Parade
Date: Saturday, August 23, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Location: Lincoln Way up from Cleveland Ave & Railhead Park

Teams should begin lining up for the parade on Lincoln Way (starts at corner of Cleveland Ave) after 9:00 am.  Parade starts at 9:30, and ends shortly after at railhead park where skills activities, free bounce houses, food, vendors and U6 & U8 practice games await.  It's going to be a blast!
