Tai Chi

Come experience the power of Tai Chi in our NEW program! Tai Chi can help with increasing flexibiliy, improving and maintaining balance, as well as help to decrease stress, anxiety, and depression! Classes will be taught by Gunner Blanchard, who studied at Kungu Mountain Academy in China!

Classes will begin the week of February 12th and run for 6 weeks! Classes will be offered in the following time frames:

Mondays 7-8pm $30

Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am $30

Saturdays 9:00-10:00am $30

Monday & Saturday $55
