When does the soccer season begin and practice start?

U6 (Under 6) Program -  Games will be played on Friday nights starting in mid August at Barrett Middle School.  The first 8 weeks will start at 6PM and the last 2 weeks start at 5:30 because of daylight.   The season runs for 10 weeks consecutively.   Practices start after August 1 are Mon\Wed or Tues\Thur after 5PM for 60 minutes.  The days and times are determined by the coaches availability.  We plan on having all practices in one location at Sylvan Middle School.

U8 thru U14 Age Groups-  Games will be played on Saturday mornings starting after Labor Day in September.  The season runs for 10 weeks with a 1 week break in the middle.   Practices start after August 1 are Mon\Wed or Tues\Thur after 5PM for 60 to 90 minutes depending on age group.  The days and times are determined by the coaches availability.  We plan on having all practices in one location at Sylvan Middle School.

U16 and U19 Age Groups-  Games will be played on Saturday mornings starting in mid August due to the High School season so kids can play in both.  The season runs for 10 weeks with a 1 week break.   Practices start after August 1 are Mon\Wed or Tues\Thur after 5PM for 90 minutes.  The days and times are determined by the coaches availability.  We plan on having all practices in one location at Sylvan Middle School.

 

Where can I get a uniform?

Soccer Pro -  Soccer Pro on Fair Oaks and Madison carries the Citrus Heights purple uniforms.  Just ask for the Citrus Heights Soccer Club kit.  They are located at  11726 Fair Oaks Blvd, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.

 

When will I hear which team my player is on after registration?

Team Assignments - Teams are put together and handed to coaches usually in the second week of July.  The coach will be contacting you with more information on team meetings and practice times.

Parent Orientation -  There is a parent orientation scheduled in the 3rd week in July.   This is where new players can meet their coaches and teammates.  The club will also review any new rules and code of conduct with the parents and children.
