Read Before Registering

Please read the following information before registering online:

  1. There is no guarantee that your child will be placed on a team because player placement is dependent upon the number of coaches that volunteer and the number of players registering for each age category.
  2. A coach may not "promise" or "save" a roster spot for any player. Returning players are guaranteed their roster spot back during the registration window. After that time, players are placed onto teams in the order in which they have registered. If you wish to get your player onto a team, please register the first day of registration to have the best chance for that to occur.
  3. If we are unable to place your child on a team, we will contact the other local soccer clubs in our league and with your input we will try to find the best fit for your child with regards to location and age category.
  4. If we are unable to find a team for your child, we will issue a full refund of the registration fee.
  5. Check the 'Age Chart' on the Site to be sure you are registering your child in the correct age category.
  6. Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration, unless other arrangements have been made with the club manager. Registrants may pay by credit/debit card or by mailing a check or money order.
  7. Registrations are confirmed once payment is received.
    If you pay by credit or debit card, then the registration is automatically confirmed by the registration system. 
    If you pay by check or money order, then our treasurer will manually confirm the registration once the registration fee is received in the mail.
  8. Fees (check or money order) not received by the posted registration closure date or within one week of the date your child is registered (whichever occurs first) will result in a rejected registration, unless prior arrangements with the club have been made.
  9. Only confirmed registrants will be rostered to teams.
  10. Electronic signature of the waiver and head injury compliance statement is sufficient. Paper forms do not need to be mailed.
  11. Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if a request for withdrawal in the program is made prior to the first scheduled game, or if we are unable to place your child onto a team.
  12. In some cases, late registration will be available up to one week after the closing date but late fees will apply and placement on a team is not guaranteed
  13. Returning players from the previous season are guaranteed a spot on their team providing they sign up and payment has been received by the club by the designated "returning player" registration deadline or unless arrangements have been made with the club manager prior to the deadline.  Commencing summer 2017, summer will be considered a stand-alone season and rosters will no longer roll into fall.  Fall rosters will be formed by referencing the previous spring season roster.
