Grab your glove & bat and join one of our outstanding leagues.

We offer the following divisions: D Levels 1-3

D-1 Highest level of competition, teams looking for a competitive game with their own equipment

D-2 Middle Level of competition, teams looking for a semi-competitive game with their own equipment

D-3 Base Level of competition, teams looking for a recreational game with their own equipment mercy rule-Drop dead at 15 when time expires Two HR per game +equalizer

E Level Lowest level of competition, teams looking for a casual experience with equipment provided by the CSD. Run cap per inning No HR allowed

Recommended managers meeting will be held on TBD. Link will be sent out the day of the managers meeting. A separate enrollment fee of $35 required membership fee for first time managers to the Greater Sacramento Softball Association.

Adult Soccer Coed 7v7 Fall - Fall 2024

The Cosumnes Community Services District's Adult 7v7 Coed Soccer Leagues offer fun, exercise, and competition. Games are played Sunday evenings at Hal Bartholomew Sports Park. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of seven games per season with one week of playoffs.

Adult Volleyball Fall 2024 - Fall 2024

Gather up your friends and join our recreational 6-on-6 Coed Volleyball League. Teams will play a 8-9 game season and playoffs will be offered for the top 4 teams in the Division. This league is designed for teams who are looking for recreational level play.

Fall Adult Basketball League - Fall 2024

Gather up your friends and co-workers and join our recreational 5-on-5 basketball leagues.  Each game is two twenty minute halves, running time with the last 2 minutes of each half being stop time. Teams will play a 7-8 game League season and Playoffs for the top Teams in each division. All games in the CSD League are governed by the current Sacramento Metropolitan Officials Association (SMOA) rules except as specified herein. Officials - Two (2) officials will be scheduled for all league games.

We offer the following divisions:

• Wednesday Alumni:  30 years old and Over League (Games between 7:00pm to 10:00pm)
  • All participants in the 30+ league must participate in one regular season game at the age of 30.
• Sunday Division I: Most Competitive League (Games between (4:00pm - 9:00pm)
• Sunday Division II: Recreational League (Games between 11:30am to 4:00pm)
