7 Game League, plus playoffs for qualifying Teams. Games are tentatively scheduled to start around September 8, 2025. (Playoffs are tentatively scheduled to begin the first week of November and potentially run through third week of November. They are comprised of teams from all nights of play, therefore during playoffs, teams should be prepared to play on any weeknight (Sunday through Friday) and possibly on Saturday.)
The deadline to register is Friday, August 29, 2025. Team Registration ONLY. (No individual player registration.) Managers should register by preferred night of play and league (e.g. Men's, Women's, Coed). Early registration rate of $699.00 is valid until August 15, 2025. After this date, the registration fee is $750.00 per team. Final deadline to register is Friday, August 29, 2025. Teams with no forfeited games during the Summer season will receive a $50 discount for Fall 2025 registration. If your team earned a non-forfeit discount in the Summer of 2025, you must email us at sports@cityofconcord.org to apply the discount after you register but before the registration closes. $300 is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025.
Mandatory manager meeting will be held on Thursday, 9/4/25 at 6pm at the Willow Pass Center. Attendance by team representative in person or on zoom is mandatory.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations done prior to August 8, 2025, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations done August 8 through August 29, 2025, will be charged a $100 cancellations fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 29, 2025, and the entire registration fee will be forfeited.
