8v8 contact flag football. Blocking and jamming occur at the line of scrimmage (LOS) but there is no downfield blocking. Rushers begin 1 yard back from the LOS. Detailed rules are available here.

Card and check only. We are not taking cash for final payments or deposits Note: Registration and deposits don’t guarantee a spot. Refunds will be given if a league isn’t found for your team. Each player will need to click the link and follow the instructions in their email. Teams will not be placed in a league until your roster is complete. Any team found changing name to compete in a lower division will have money refunded and suspended for a year.
