2025-26 CYC Sports Officials Association - Annual 2026

Welcome to the CYC-SOA!

All officials (on the court or field as a referee/umpire) that are paid to officiate CYC in any sport will need to register with the CYC Sports Officials Association (CYC-SOA). 

If you are only a scorekeeper for volleyball or basketball, you no longer need to register.

This is an annual registration, so if you registered last year, you must do it again to officiate this year.

The cost is $7.00 per official for the 25-26 year (July 1- June 30).  This is a non-refundable registration.

Important (new accounts only) – When registering, a household account is created.  Minors (under 18) need a parent to create the account. Example: Ryan Johnson will add his child Kevin Johnson to the account and then register Kevin for the SOA.  If not, it shows Ryan as being registered and not the actual official/scorekeeper.

CYC Chess Tournaments 2025-26 - Winter 2025

CYC Chess Qualifier Tournaments
Cost is $12 per qualifier meet.  You can participate in any or all qualifying meets.

  • 12/13/25 - St. Joseph - Cottleville
  • 1/17/26 - St. Joseph - Imperial
  • 1/24/26 - St. Ann - Normandy
  • 2/07/26 - St. Catherine Laboure
  • 2/21/26 -Finals----St. Charles Borromeo

The top 40 qualifiers from across all four tournaments will be invited to participate in the Finals Meet.  The list of qualifiers will be posted the week of 2/9/26 at https://playcyc.org/sports/chess/ and registration to RSVP for finals (no cost for the meet) will also begin at that time.

2026 CYC HS Basketball - Winter 2026

  • 2 divisions: Competitive or Recreational
  • Boys Teams
  • 8 league games, plus playoffs for top teams
  • Reversible jersey provided
  • Full team registration only (open until Mon Nov 17th), individual registrations not accepted
  • There will be a maximum number of teams accepted, so please register early
  • Cost per player is $110, After Dec 1st, Late Reg is $135 (Open until Dec 15th)
  • Parish sponsorship required
  • Gym time strongly encouraged for game slots

TEAM COACHES ONLY - click the "Team Enrollment" button below to begin registering your team.  

ATTENTION PLAYERS - do not click "Team Enrollment". That enrolls a team, not a player. Look for an email invitation from your coach to register and pay.
