Senior Golf - Winter 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our winter golf league is a fun way to meet new people and work on your golf skills. Each week you will play a different course in the golf simulators. This League is for 55+ adults.

FORMAT
Each individual will play 1 round (9 holes) for 2 hours. There will be 4 individuals per simulator, and you will rotate between each turn. You will report you score at the end of each day. Scores will be tallied up at the end of each session.

When: 
Session 1- Thursdays, January 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12
8-10 am
Session 2- Thursdays, February 19, 26 & March 5, 12, 19
8-10 am
Session 3- Thursdays, March 26, & April 2, 9, 16, 23
8-10 am

Where: Greenheck Turner Community Center, Golf Simulators 

Fee: $55/person per session

Walk-A-Marathon - Winter 2026

Don't let the cold weather slow you down!  Our Walk-a-Martathon is designed to keep you moving, motivated and healthy this winter.  Whether you're an experienced walker or just starting out, this program is perfect to boost your fitness and enjoy a sense of community. 

Format: You have 12 weeks to complete 26. 2 miles on the Greenheck Turner Community Center's new walking track. Registered participants laps will be tracked during the duration of the program. 

You will receive a T-Shirt upon Completion. 

This is a great option if you do not want to commit to a membership or pay each time you come to walk.  

Location: Greenheck Turner Community Center ~ Walking Track

Dates: Wednesdays, January 7th - March 25th

Time: 6 - 8pm ~ come walk anytime within the 2 hours

Who: Adults of any age or skill level

Cost: $45

Youth Indoor Flag Football - Winter 2026

Format: A NEW Youth Indoor Flag Football League is coming this January. Games will be Wednesday evenings. Please reference our Friend Request & Team Formation Policy if you wish to make a friend request this season. All requests must be mutual. 

Practices: Practices will take place in the 30 minutes before your games.

Location: All games will be played in the GTCC Indoor Turf

Dates: Jan 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25

Cost: $45

Registration deadline: December 19th or until a level reaches capacity. Late registrations may be accepted, depending on availability. 
All late registrations will be charged a $10 late fee. 

Grades: 3rd - 6th Grade in their current grade

Coaching: Our flag football program is fun for both kids and adults! Please consider becoming involved by volunteering to coach or assistant coach. No experience is necessary! Your help is greatly appreciated and essential to the success of the program. Coaches meeting tentatively planned for Wednesday January 14th. Details will be shared prior to the meeting.

Future Heroes Lacrosse - Winter 2026

Program Format: Want to try something new and exciting?  Try the lightning fast sport of SPEED Lacrosse.  Come out and learn the game of Lacrosse at the Greenheck Turner Community Center on the new Turf. A great way to learn the fundamentals of the game including scooping, cradling, passing and shooting all while having a lot of fun. This will be a non-contact program. 

Future Lacrosse Heroes is a Co-Ed league and will include a combination of introductory skills/drills along with weekly small sided lacrosse 4v4 games.  No prior experience is required. 

With limited equipment needed, and sticks provided, why not give it a try?

Parent Volunteer Helpers: Parents, please consider volunteering to help out as parent helper.  There will be no coaching/lacrosse experience required or asked of you. Youth Kickball - Winter 2026

Youth Indoor Soccer - Winter 2026

Format: All Participants will be divided into teams. Each team will meet for 1 hour each Sunday.  Included in that hour will be 15-20 minutes of practice with their coach followed up by a game with another team for the remainder of the hour. All games are played 4v4 on small fields.

Our Soccer program is fun for both kids and adults! Parents- your help is greatly appreciated and essential to the success of the program. Please consider becoming involved by volunteering to coach or assistant coach.  No soccer experience is necessary. Please select the volunteer button below to register yourself (or spouse).  Coaches meeting tentatively planned for Wednesday, January 28, 2026.  Details will be shared prior to the meeting. 

Location: This program will take place on the Greenheck Turner Community Center Turf Fields!

Sixes Lacrosse - Winter 2026

Format: Experience the first Olympic 6's style Lacrosse League in the area!  Come and be a part of the fast paced and exciting style of lacrosse on Sunday's in February and March! Its a perfect opportunity for players to get sticks back in their hands, regain their speed, connect with teammates and increase awareness and agility in preparation for the season. 

Location: Greenheck Turner Community Center, Turf Fields

Dates & Time: Sunday evenings, 

• Feb. 1, 15, 22 &  March 1 (No February 8th)

Grades: 9th - 12th 

Cost: $40

What to bring: Please come prepared with your full gear (helmet, pads and short sticks only)

Girls Volleyball Skills & Drills - Spring 2026

Instruction will be provided by the D.C Everest coaching staff and players. The clinic is open to 3-6th grade girls of any ability who wish to learn more about this exciting sport. Instruction will include basic skills, strategy and team play.  Skills that will be taught include serving, passing, setting, blocking and defensive strategies.  Participants will also be able to develop their skills in fun game-like situations.

Tyke Time - February - Winter 2026

Roll, bounce, jump and giggle your way around the turf during our Tyke Time program.  Each week your tot will find different and fun ways to express themselves through play.  Tyke Time is open to children 18 months through 5 years of age and a parent/guardian is required to attend with their child.

Pre-registration is recommended but not required.  All Tyke Time sessions will take place at the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

Everest families may already know "Sweet Eats with Sparklez" and now Sparklez has brought her cookbook of kid friendly foods to GTCC!  All ingredients, equipment and utensils are provided. Minimum of 6 participants required with a maximum of 15.

Who: 3 - 14 years old. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee: $45 per child

This program will offer a wide range of movement patterns for all ages that will include flexibility/mobility, power/strength, speed/efficiency within selected patterns.  We will use the planes of motion and will develop an understanding of how the hips and ankles work to make faster, more explosive athletes.  Participants will be engaged while following along with a specific method of training to encourage growth and development in speed and agility.  They will develop body control and movement patterns to help them grow through their high school years.  The goal is to develop better movers.  Must be enrolled in Kindergarten or 1st grade in Fall of 2025 to attend Little Movers.

Rib Mountain Rampage - Spring 2026

Welcome to the 2nd annual Rib Mountain Rampage, the only Olympic 6's style lacrosse tournament in the area for high school level players!  Come experience this fast paced and exciting style of lacrosse on Saturday, March 7, 2026.  It is a perfect opportunity for players to get back in the mix, regain their speed, connect with teammates and increase awareness/agility as the 2026 season begins.

Separate divisions will be offered for Girls Varsity, Girls JV, Boys Varsity, Boys JV with all teams guaranteed 3 games of at least 40 minutes of play.  Expect energized, intense competition as players face off 6 v 6 in (4) 8-minute quarters.  One draw per quarter and play continues with a goalie's clear following a goal.  This keeps the game running at full speed, providing real game experience with maximum player touches.

Preschool 2025-26 - Wednesday Only Class, Age 3-4 - Fall 2025

Description:
We are very excited to offer our preschool program for the upcoming school year! The primary purpose of our program is to provide each child with an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of basic preschool skills including coloring, use of scissors & glue, listening & following directions along with social interactions with other children. Show ‘n tell, story time and snack are also important parts of our daily activities. Children will also be introduced to a variety of literature to enhance reading & readiness skills.

Classes are taught by Cynthia Schaefer and held at Redeemer Lutheran Church at 6404 Old Costa Lane in Weston from 9-11:30am on Wednesdays.  See FAQ's and offerings for specific dates.  Children must be 3 years of age to attend the Wednesday preschool classes. Children must be potty trained and out of diapers.

Online registration will open on Tuesday, July 1st.  Registration will remain open until the posted closing date or until a session reaches capacity.
