2. 9U & 10U & 12U Pitchers will be limited to 5 innings per day and a total of 10 innings throughout the tournament. One pitch thrown in an inning constitutes an inning pitched. Once a pitcher is removed from the mound, he may not re-enter that game as a pitcher. If a pitcher throws more than 3 Innings in one day, the pitcher will need a day of rest.-- A second trip to the same pitcher by the coach in the same inning will cause the pitcher's automatic removal. The coach is prohibited from making a second visit while the same batter is at bat.

3. The age cut-off date will be April 30th. The coach’s word goes as to the age of each ball player (birth certificates are not necessary). Whatever age the ball player will be on April 30th will be considered his playing age.

4. Pool play games will run 5 innings or One hour and thirty minutes, whichever happens first. No new innings will start after an hour and ten minutes. The official umpire will mark game time. Game time is forfeit time. Games may start up to 15 minutes early. --Pool Play: Drop dead at 90 minutes at the current score finishing the up to bat batter. --Run rule: A run rule will be in effect if there is at least a ten run difference after the 4th inning. We can end in a tie in pool play. –

Tournament games: No new innings will start after an hour and ten minutes. Games will run 5 innings or One hour and thirty minutes, whichever happens first. If an inning is started, it will be completed. International Tie Breaker will be used if a tie exists. --Championship games in ALL divisions will last 5 innings, but a ten run rule will be in effect after the 4th inning. International Tie Breaker will be used if a tie exists. (The player who was out last in the previous inning goes to second base as a base runner. Each team is allowed to bat as usual. Whichever team scores the most runs after a complete inning wins the game. If more than one inning is necessary to break the tie each team always starts with the last player out from the previous inning starting on second base as a base runner. No outs.)

5. (9U & 10U)There is no running on the dropped third strike. (9U & 10U) Players may not leave the base until the pitched ball has passed home plate. (12U)There will be a dropped third strike for the Major league. (9U & 10U) Stealing any base will be allowed after the ball crosses home plate. (12U) players may lead off and steal bases at their own risk, at any time. Avoid - contact/must slide rule will be enforced at all times, on all bases. In the case of malicious contact, the runner will be called out and ejected from the game. It is at the discretion of the umpire only to decide if a runner tried to avoid contact or collision. Close calls at home must slide.

6. All players must remain in the dugouts except for the on-deck batter who must wear a helmet. Only two offensive coaches are allowed outside the dugout.
