Active Adults (50+): Sienna Sound Bath/Sound Therapy
Immerse yourself in a meditative journey using sound and vibration. This unique class offers a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, providing a meditative and relaxing escape using the healing power of sound, meditation practices and intention. During this 90-minute session, participants will be guided through a series of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, body scan and guided imagery, followed by harmonious tones of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. The sound waves produced by these instruments are designed to balance the body's energy centers (chakras), promote deep relaxation, and facilitate a meditative state. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. YOU MUST BE A SIENNA 50+ RESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Fitness After Dark - Summer 2025

Fitness After Dark is a Sawmill event that will be promoting our group fitness classes and our personal training. This event will be held July 25th 6pm to 9pm. This is a free event to sample our different group fitness classes which include: cardio kickboxing, circuit training, HIIT, Zumba, Bolly X and a special workout that will be done in the gym by our Fitness Director Austin Baxter. The great thing about this event is that it will be a glow in the dark workout and we will give out glow sticks a the door. At the end of the workout sessions you can come an meet our instructors and we will have some light refreshments. Sign up now, we will also have a raffle going for a few door prizes.

The training uses various equipment such as free weights, benches, bands, and body weight to execute resistance-based, load-bearing exercises. The class also offers modifications tailored to the specific needs of each participant.

Operation Dad Bod will be Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15am! This male only program, we'll be offering a total of 8 customized workouts geared to enhance your strength-building, calisthenics, and core. This program is not only built to get you in the best shape of your life, but to also increase your mental toughness.

Active Adults 50 Plus Strength & Conditioning - Annual 2025

Many residents have asked for a fitness program for the 50 plus demographic. Well you asked and we have delivered. This program will help improve mobility, build strength and will also improve cardiovascular health. This program will be tailored to each individuals fitness level. This program will be offered on Mondays at 10:30 am to 11:15 am and  Wednesday at 9:30 am to 10:15 am. So Lets Live Longer and Live Stronger!!! Because age is just a number.

Youth ages 14-15 are not permitted to use the weight room without a parent/guardian until after they have completed an orientation administered by a Fitness Center staff member. Youth ages 14-15 that have not completed an equipment training session are not permitted in the weight room unless they are under the direct supervision of parent/guardian over 21. Fall Adult COED Sand Volleyball - Fall 2025

Bump, set, and spike your way through our brand new league: Adult COED Sand Volleyball! With thrilling matches, great competition, and unbeatable beach vibes, this is one league you won't want to miss!

Adult COED Sand Volleyball has two divisions: 6-on-6 Division, 4-on-4 Division. 6's will play by relaxed standard volleyball rules, and 4's will play by stricter sand volleyball rules. All Teams Play 1 match per night, consisting of 3 games. Our season lasts 7 weeks total, the first 6 weeks consisting of regular games. Our 7th week is the single elimination tournament in which all teams partake in. You MUST be a Sienna Resident to play in the Sand Volleyball League. 

6-on-6: Max Roster of 8 (2 women are required on the court at all times)

4-on-4: Max Roster of 6 (1 woman is required on the court at all times)

The Sienna Adult Cornhole League is back and is ready for registration!

Join us on Thursday nights for some fun at Sienna's Sawmill Lake Clubhouse! This league is a fun way to make new friends, meet your neighbors and enjoy some friendly competition! Make no mistake, we love to compete---but ALL skill levels are welcome.

The season will consist of 6 weeks of regular season play and conclude with a tournament that every team will qualify for. Each team will play one best of 4 match per night. Summer league will be COED and separated into FOUR divisions (Kindergarten-1st Grade, 2nd-3rd Grade, 4th-5th Grade, 6th-8th Grade) with each team playing a 6 game regular season concluding with an end-of-season tournament that ALL teams will participate in. All games will be held on week nights.

Whether you are a beginner, never picked up a paddle before or just curious about what everyone’s raving about, our Intro to Pickleball Class is the perfect way to dive in. Learn the basics, meet new friends, and discover why people of all ages are falling in love with pickleball.

Junior Pickleball Academy Session 1 - Fall 2025

Join us for Sienna’s Junior Pickleball Academy, led by our experienced coaching team! This program is perfect for kids ages 5 to 17 and focuses on building foundational skills, understanding gameplay, and most importantly—having fun on the court!

Age 5-10 4:30-5:30pm

Age 11 and up will be 5:30-6:30pm

Our team of seasoned pros leads Sienna's Junior Academy coaching sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays for tennis, Mondays for our pickleball players. Our program, which is open to kids aged 5 to 17, focuses on basic tennis skills, gameplay, and play to build future tennis and pickleball players! First Session begins Aug 12, sign up now limited sports available!

On Saturday, September 13th from 11:00am-1:00pm join us for Tiny Tyke Techno! This is an afternoon dance party featuring real music spun and mixed by DJ Nico Neeks blending classic dance hits, nursery rhymes, and kid’s songs to get those little booties moving and grooving. There will be music, dance instructors, characters, lights, shakers, face painting, balloon artist, crafts, interactive Lego station, and a full spread of healthy snacks and dancing…LOTS of dancing!
