Immerse yourself in a meditative journey using sound and vibration. This unique class offers a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, providing a meditative and relaxing escape using the healing power of sound, meditation practices and intention. During this 90-minute session, participants will be guided through a series of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, body scan and guided imagery, followed by harmonious tones of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. The sound waves produced by these instruments are designed to balance the body's energy centers (chakras), promote deep relaxation, and facilitate a meditative state. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. YOU MUST BE A SIENNA 50+ RESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Chairs are provided that have trouble standing for long periods of time. Chair Chi is a gentle exercise program developed to help people receive the benefits of traditional Tai Chi Chuan in the comfort and safety of their chair. Learning Sourdough: Starter to Finish!

This hands on class will teach future bread makers how to start and bake delicious sourdough. Whether you are a beginner, looking for a refresher or enjoy time amongst other bakers - this class will guide you through the full process. Each student will receive their own starter. We will then learn to, mix the dough, feed that starter and perform the two hours and stretch & folds. We’ll discuss, in depth, the best practices to maintain a healthy starter. A healthy starter is a DELICIOUS starter! By the end of this class you’ll have learned all the best practices and will be able to go back into your home kitchens  to bake your first sourdough loaf, with confidence in your sourdough skills! **People with wheat hypersensitivities should refrain from participating in the class**

The training uses various equipment such as free weights, benches, bands, and body weight to execute resistance-based, load-bearing exercises. Youth Fitness Foundations - Annual 2025

Youth Fitness Foundations helps teens maintain their physical and mental health with our weekly fitness classes. Regular physical activity can help teens improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as: heart disease or Type 2 diabetes.

Operation Dad Bod will be Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15am! This male only program, we'll be offering a total of 8 customized workouts geared to enhance your strength-building, calisthenics, and core. This program is not only built to get you in the best shape of your life, but to also increase your mental toughness.

The sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15 am - 7:45 am. The dates are listed below:

Join us for Sienna’s Junior Pickleball Academy, led by our experienced coaching team! This program is perfect for kids ages 5 to 17 and focuses on building foundational skills, understanding gameplay, and most importantly—having fun on the court!

Age 5-10 4:30-5:30pm

Age 11 and up will be 5:30-6:30pm

Classes are conducted on a 4-week basis, please sign up now through team Sideline Limited Spots Available!
