If bases are moved from the original plug, please return them at the end of your rental. If bases are not returned, you will no longer have access to renting the fields.
FAQ
Why are the fields unavailable April-July?
Our fields are heavily used for Parks and Recreation youth softball, baseball, and tball leagues. Due to limited field space and scheduled games we have VERY limited availability for public rentals. We do keep Sundays open for rentals and occasionally have weekday evening openings.
Can I use the field without a reservation?
Yes, our fields are open to the public when not in use. However, to guarantee a spot for your team or group, we strongly recommend making a reservation. If you're using the field and a group with a reservation arrives, we kindly ask that you vacate the field promptly to honor their scheduled time.
What if there is severe weather?
If fields and conditions are unplayable due to weather, you may reschedule. Contact the Parks and Rec office before your rental time to confirm.
What if I need to cancel my rental?
Per our policy cancellations for ball fields are non refundable.
What if I need to reschedule my rental?
Reschedules must be made 24hrs before your rental.
Can I bring in outside equipment?
You may bring pitching machines, batting cages, etc but please make sure that everything is oof of the field after your rental.
