FAQs
How will I get the key to the Senior Center?
-No one will be there to physically to give you a key to let you in the building but there is lock box with the key located on the left side of the door closest to the parking lot. The week of your rental you will receive an email with your passcode to the lockbox.
Can I leave and come back during my rental?
-Yes, you are more than welcome to come and go as you please but please make sure you lock the facility if you do leave the premises.
What time can I start setting up?
-Weekday rentals can use the facility from 3:30pm-11:00pm and weekend rentals may use the facility from 8am-11:00pm.
What do I do to make sure I get my security deposit back?
-There are cleaning supplies and a checklist on the supply closet by the women's restroom. Please ensure that any mess that was made during your event is cleaned up. Also if chairs and tables were moved, put them back in their original spots.
Does my passcode to the lockbox expire?
-Yes, your code will expire at 11:30 so please make sure you have everything out and cleaned by then.
Can I use the stuff in the Senior Center?
-Yes, please feel free to use the TV, ovens, fridge, ice maker and microwave. The tv has a HDMI cord on the back so you can plug it into a computer. The remote to the tv is also attached to the back as well.
If my event is on Saturday morning can I set up the night before?
-No, if you would like to have access the day before then you would also need to rent Friday night as well.
How do I get my security deposit back?
-On the Monday following your rental, we will inspect the facility and if all is good we will process your refund of $200.
Can I cancel my reservation the week of?
-Our cancellation policy states that you must cancel your rental 30 days prior to your reservation in order to get a full refund. Under 30 days will on receive security deposit back.
What if I need to reschedule my rental?
-Per our policy you can reschedule your reservation up to two weeks in advance to your rental.
Can I bring alcohol to the Senior Center?
-Alcohol is not allowed at the Senior Center.
