Berries + Honey Charcuterie class is an informative course that guides you through how to assemble your very own charcuterie board starting with the basics: What is a charcuterie board? How do I select which meats and cheeses to use? How much food do I need for my guests? How should I arrange the food? These questions will be answered...and so much more.
You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and other accompaniments. You will experience socializing at its finest with friends and other classmates, refreshments, and the personal charcuterie board you create during the class.
Make + Take Charcuterie Workshop
Make & Take Workshop is a fun and interactive course that guides you through how to assemble your very own charcuterie board to share with friends or family. You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation using all the tips + tricks you will learn in the class. Each participant will receive:
- Disposable platter
- Adorable kraft bakery box with a window to use for transporting home (serve within 24 hours of class)
- A variety of our favorite cheeses, charcuterie, and the best accompaniments
- Step-by-step directions created by Kayla, creator of Berries + Honey
- A jar of locally harvested honey
- Wooden honey dipper
