30/30 Mini Flag Football

Description:

• Flag Football league is open to youth in pre-kindergarten-1st grade. All abilities welcome! This is a one-hour-per-week commitment meant to serve as an introduction to the sport, with practices and games taking place on the same day. A 30-minute team practice focusing on fundamentals is followed by a 30-minute game against another Apex team. Register as an individual and be placed on a coed team.

Fees:

• Res. $150 (non-res. $180)
• Reversible Jersey: Included with the registration fee.
• Flag Belt: $10
• Mouthguard: $5

Leagues:

• 6 and Under
• 7 and Under

Day, Time, and Location:

• 30/30 Mini Flag Football teams meet on Saturdays for one hour between 9 am-4 pm.
• Games will be played at Ralston Addition Park.

Seasons:

• Spring (March-May)
• Fall (August-October)

Equipment:

• Players must wear an Apex-issued team shirt and flag belt.
• Helmet, shoulder pads, and metal spikes are prohibited.
• Players must wear a mouthguard when playing.
• During games, teams may use their own appropriately-sized ball or use an Apex game ball.
