2025-26 CYC Sports Officials Association - Annual 2026

Welcome to the CYC-SOA!

All officials (on the court or field as a referee/umpire) that are paid to officiate CYC in any sport will need to register with the CYC Sports Officials Association (CYC-SOA). 

If you are only a scorekeeper for volleyball or basketball, you no longer need to register.

This is an annual registration, so if you registered last year, you must do it again to officiate this year.

The cost is $7.00 per official for the 25-26 year (July 1- June 30).  This is a non-refundable registration.

Important (new accounts only) – When registering, a household account is created.  Minors (under 18) need a parent to create the account. Example: Ryan Johnson will add his child Kevin Johnson to the account and then register Kevin for the SOA.  If not, it shows Ryan as being registered and not the actual official/scorekeeper.

• 1 Boy and 1 Girl CYC Players will be chosen to throw out a ceremonial 1st pitch and have their picture taken with Fred Bird on the field prior to the game! (Weather permitting).  Please enter name, grade, gender at checkout to have your child entered into the drawing.
• Teams can wear their jersey and walk around the field together (with their coaches) prior to the start of the game!
• Want to sit with other families from your team? Make sure you provide us your Parish/Grade Level/Coach’s Last Name when ordering your tickets.
• Order early!  Deadline to Order - 5/31/25 (or whenever sold out)

To Purchase Tickets you must select the Adult (Primary) on the account as the enrollee

Adults - $30 per ticket Children (age 5-15) - $20 per ticktet
