Requests are currently closed and will re-open on Monday, March 2. Requests placed in March will be for rentals May-August.
Please fill out the form below for rental of gymnasiums at the Crosby or Rosemeade Recreation Centers.
Gym reservation requests will only be reviewed Monday - Friday.
Requests will be opened on the 1st of the months listed below and will close on the last day of the same month. If all availability is booked before the last day of the month, requests will close and reopen according to the schedule.
Requests placed in November will be for rentals January-April
Requests placed in March will be for rentals May-August
Requests placed in July will be for rentals September-December
Requests will be responded to in the order they are received. After the coordinator has replied to the request, the requestor has 48 hours to respond. If a response is not received within that time, the coordinator will move on to the next request.
The side gym at Rosemeade Rec is not available for rental on Friday evenings (4-9pm).
There is no availability for Sunday rentals at either facility (Rosemeade or Crosby).
Each renter/group is only permitted to rent 1 day per week.
Submittal of this form does not guarantee rental.??All forms will be reviewed by Recreation Staff prior to contacting you for rental confirmation and payment. Replies to requests will be through email.
Fees for gym rentals are as follows: 1/2 Court (Crosby or Rosemeade)
$40/HR - Residents $100 - Deposit $56/HR - Non Residents $100 - Deposit
Full Court (Rosemeade)
$65/HR - Residents $100 - Deposit $91/HR - Non Residents $100 - Deposit
Multi-Purpose Room (Rosemeade)
$35/HR - Residents $100 - Deposit $49/HR - Non Residents $100 - Deposit
Rentals Outside of Facility Operating Hours will incur an additional fee of $50/hr.
By completing this form you understand the following:
Full payment must be made at the time of reservation
A $5 administrative fee will be charged for changes to an existing reservation
Our group and I agree to obey all policies set forth by the City and the Parks & Recreation Department
We are liable for any damages caused to City property during our use
Our rental could be moved/cancelled due to rescheduled league games or program needs.
Use of the gym for financial gain is prohibited.?
