Adult Flag Football League - Fall 2025

The Adult Flag Football League is an opportunity for you and your team to compete on the gridiron. 7v7 non-tackle format makes this league fun for all abilities. Register for one of the evening leagues, but teams must be flexible to play on another evening for divisional placement. Teams are guaranteed nine games including an end-of-season tournament.

The Holland Recreation Golf League is open to individuals looking for a fun and leisurely round of golf on a weekly basis.  Fee includes 9 holes of golf per week for 14 weeks, a chance to win weekly prizes, weekly scoring and standings update, and an end of season banquet.  Additional $10/week cart fee to be paid at the course if you choose to rent a cart.  League is held at Winding Creek Golf Course located at 4514 East Ottogan St., Holland, MI  49423.

This is a fun Summer tournament. Teams consist of 9 players in the field but can have up to 14 players on their roster. Teams will compete against other local Holland and Zeeland area teams. Each team is guaranteed 2 games. Kickballs and umpires are provided by Holland Recreation.

Come learn the fastest growing sport in America. Clinics & camps will take place at various times and locations between May - September. Deadlines and fees vary depending on class. All clinics will be led by qualified instructors and aim to expand participants' knowledge of the game. Offerings available for beginner players through advanced players. For this class, you will need a pickleball paddle, but a limited amount of paddles on hand for you to use if you do not yet have one. Balls will be provided.

Youth Pickleball Camp - Summer 2025

This camp will get your child playing the game of pickleball.  Our main goal is to have fun and teach the rules of the game, along with helping them make good contact with the ball by working on hand/eye coordination drills. Balls will be provided. A limited number of paddles are available to borrow, but if possible please have your player bring their own.

Adult Coed Soccer League - Summer 2025

Teams have the chance to compete against other Holland and Zeeland area teams in this Adult Soccer League ran in partnership with Zeeland Recreation. League format is 7v7, including the goalie. The league will consist of 8 regular-season weeks, followed by a single-elimination playoff tournament.

More competitive teams should sign up for A league, while least competitive will fit best in C league.

Adult Men's Soccer League - Summer 2025

Teams have the chance to compete against other Holland and Zeeland area teams in this Adult Soccer League ran in partnership with Zeeland Recreation. League format is 7v7, including the goalie. The league will consist of 8 regular-season weeks, followed by a single-elimination playoff tournament.

Middle School Girls Softball - Spring 2025

Teams are divided up by school for this program. There is a Holland Public or Holland Christian option. If your child does not attend either, you can pick either one to register for. Games will be played against other West Michigan softball teams. Practices begin in March with games starting after Spring Break. Practices are determined by coaches, games are scheduled by Holland Recreation. Volunteer Coaches are needed for this program.

Adult Summer Softball 12 Game League - Summer 2025

Holland Area Softball League is a collaboration between the City of Holland & Holland Charter Township Recreation Departments. There are a guaranteed 13 games, 12 regular season games followed by a single elimination tournament.

Adult Summer Softball 10 Game League - Summer 2025

Holland Area Softball League is a collaboration between the City of Holland & Holland Charter Township Recreation Departments. There are a guaranteed 11 games, 10 regular season games followed by a single elimination tournament.

Adult Summer Softball Scramble - Summer 2025

This program is great for individuals looking to play softball but don't have a team. The format is similar to an open gym style. Players will show up each week and be assigned a team at random. Each game day will consist of two 5-inning games with a 55-minute time limit for each game. Rosters and lineups change after each game. This league will consist of 8 game days.

Games will take place at Matt Urban Recreation Complex. Games will begin in the evening after 6:00PM.

Sal Perez Scholarship Softball Tournament - Coed - Summer 2025

The annual Sal Perez Scholarship Softball Tournament is a great way to get some extra swings in. This tournament raises money towards the Parks and Recreation Department's Youth Scholarship fund. The funds raised will go towards providing recreational opportunities for kids in the Holland community who need assistance paying for programs. Space is limited. Teams are guaranteed two games.

- The 7-3 Coed tournament will begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 14.

High School Girls Softball League - Summer 2025

Holland Area High School Softball League is a great way to compete against other area teams throughout the Summer. Teams are guaranteed 8 games.

The Cardio Tennis Program offers a fun, tennis-focused workout with a variety of high-energy drills, all set to music. The program is designed for intermediate players and above.

Twilight Sand Volleyball Tournament - Summer 2025

A one-night only tournament offering teams the chance to compete against each other in a low-commitment, casual environment, prior to the summer sand volleyball season. Teams are guaranteed two games or equivalent. Space is limited.

Adult Sand Volleyball League - Summer 2025

All Holland Parks & Recreation sand volleyball leagues are 4v4 leagues. Teams will participate in eight weeks of league games, followed by a single-elimination tournament. Competitive and recreational nights available to accommodate teams of varied skill levels.

Adult Indoor 4v4 Volleyball League - Fall 2025

Teams have the chance to compete against other Holland area teams in this Indoor 4v4 Coed Volleyball League. The league will consist of 6 regular season games, followed by a single-elimination tournament.

Sal Perez Youth Scholarship FY25 - Annual 2024

Donations are used to fund youth recreation scholarships, based upon financial need.  

Help provide youth in the City of Holland the opportunity to participate in recreation programs at a reduced rate.

Mini-Olympics - Summer 2025

Make your child feel like an Olympian! All children aged 2 - 7 are invited to participate. Participants will have a chance to try their hand at 6 different Olympic-style events. Stations will include events such as cycling, sprinting, soccer kick, and more. Worried your child is too young to participate? No need, all stations have been simplified to fit the appropriate age groups, and most importantly, the Mini-Olympics are just about having fun & trying something new. Parents will be required to rotate through stations and help guide their child with help from event staff.  

Tulip City Kids' Triathlon - Summer 2025

Come experience the thrill of competing in a triathlon! Athletes ages 8 - 10 will complete 25 yd. swim, 1 mile bike, .25 mile run, while 11 - 13 year old's will complete 50 yd. swim, 2 mile bike and .50 mile run. Bikes and helmets can be provided if necessary.  Participants will receive a t-shirt, swim cap, and a backpack with great triathlon gifts. No experience necessary.

October Kids' Night Out - Fall 2025

Holland Recreation and Gazelle Sports have teamed up to offer Kids’ Night Out. Drop your kids off with us and they’ll enjoy a night of fun with Holland Recreation staff and other kids their age. The focus of this program is movement, and introducing kids to new sports and activities, such as 9 Square, basketball, coloring, board games, dodgeball and more. A pizza dinner is included.

Medieval Longsword - Level 2 - Spring 2025

This class, hosted by the Swordsmanship Museum and Academy, is a continuation of Longsword Level 1 and will teach more advanced concepts of German Medieval Swordsmanship. This class will be taught by Brian Chau, and will include optional sparring. Required protective equipment will be provided, with the exception of an athletic cup.

Garden Club - Summer 2025

This summer, join Holland Parks & Recreation for the first ever season of Garden Club. This club is an opportunity to beautify the city and also to meet and have fun socializing with other like minded gardeners. This 6-week program will be led by City of Holland Greenhouse staff. Each week members will travel around the City of Holland sprucing up and planting around Downtown Holland and various park areas, with the goal of helping make Holland shine throughout the busy summer months. At the end of the program participants will enjoy a light refreshment hour and all participants will receive a Garden Club pin showing our appreciation for their work over the 6-week program.

Velo Kids at Heart - Learn to Bike - Summer 2025

It's never too late to learn to ride a bicycle. Join us for our Velo Kids at Heart class - designed for adults and teens that want to learn to ride a bike. We will provide a safe, fun, and nonjudgmental environment for you to explore the basics of balancing, steering, braking, and pedaling on 2 wheels.

Qigong/Tai Chi Easy - Summer 2025

We will use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen our mind, body connection, reduce stress, improve circulation, all to enhance our overall health. Please bring a chair.

Watercolor - Landscapes of Holland - Summer 2025

Learn the basic techniques of watercolors and color theory. Every week we will paint a different scene inspired by our favorite surroundings here in West Michigan. From Big Red Lighthouse, to De Zwaan windmill, we will explore landscape watercolor techniques while we paint some of our favorite places.

Hand-Building or Wheel Throwing Functional Wares - Fall 2025

No matter your experience level, come create some awesome works of art with clay. Use the wheel or learn hand-building techniques for creating functional or decorative works of art. To accommodate all experience levels, there will be opportunities for both independent and instructor-led work.

Lakeshore Middle School Baseball League - Spring 2025

Lakeshore Middle School Baseball League
Practices will begin in March with games beginning after Spring Break.  Jersey and hat will be provided by Holland Recreation.  Other equipment needed to play is responsibility of player.  Teams will be divided by school and will compete against other West Michigan communities. In addition to 7th & 8th graders, 6th graders who are 13 years old are allowed to register for this league.

3rd - 6th Grade Outdoor Basketball Camp - Summer 2025

Participants will have fun learning the basics of basketball through fun games and drills in this instructor led camp. This camp will focus on skill development. An emphasis will be placed on a certain skill each day, such as, dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. All experience levels are welcome. This camp will take place outside at one of our outdoor basketball courts.

1st & 2nd Grade Basketball Camp - Summer 2025

Participants will have fun learning the basics of basketball through fun games and drills in this instructor lead camp.  No experience is necessary for participation. All skill levels are welcome.

Grand Rapids Gold Basketball Camp - Summer 2025

The Grand Rapids Gold is a proud affiliate of the NBA team, the Denver Nuggets. The Academy is open to boys and girls ages 8 - 14. Basic skill development and fundamentals will be taught. Camp includes: Gold Academy t-shirt, 4 Gold tickets for the 2025-26 season, and snacks & sports drinks.

3 on 3 Summer Basketball League - Summer 2025

Register as a team for this 3 on 3 double-header basketball league. Teams will compete weekly against other local teams. Divisions are available for 5th - 8th grade boys and 5th - 8th grade girls.  Teams can have up to 5 players on their roster.

When registering for this program, please select a parent/guardian as the enrollee. Player names can be listed later during registration.

3rd - 6th Grade Skills and Scrimmage Clinic - Summer 2025

Participants will work on skills through drills for the first part of the clinic and then be divided into teams to scrimmage for the second part of the clinic each night. This is an instructor led program. The instructors will lead the scrimmages as an official and coach.

7th/8th Grade Girls Lakeshore Basketball Individual - Fall 2025

Join Holland Recreation's Middle School Girls Basketball league. Teams will be divided by school and compete against other Holland Recreation teams and other Lakeshore communities. Practices will take place during the week in the evening with games being held on Saturday mornings. Teams will practice one to two times a week. Jerseys and team shooter shirts will be provided by Holland Recreation.

7th/8th Grade Girls Lakeshore Basketball Team - Fall 2025

Teams will register at a per game rate in this format. Jerseys and practices are the responsibility of the coach/team. Games will take place in various lakeshore communities on Saturday mornings. There will be six weekends of games. Five regular season games plus an end of the season tournament.

7th/8th Grade Preseason Basketball Clinic - Fall 2025

The 7th/8th Grade Preseason Basketball Clinic is an opportunity for players to work on their skills before the season starts. This is an instructor led program that will focus on improving players basketball skills and knowledge. All ability levels are welcome.

Balance Buddies - Learn to Bike - Summer 2025

Come meet us this summer as we stride and scoot and get comfortable on balance bikes. We will play, be silly, hear stories, learn and most importantly have FUN on BIKES! New this year we will have three classes per session where we will build on our skills learned the previous week. This program is for kids who are learning to ride a balance bike or still getting comfortable on a balance bike

Pedal Pals - Learn to Bike - Summer 2025

New to 2 wheels or so close you can almost taste the freedom of 2 wheels? Well come hang out with us at Pedal Pals. We will meet this summer and play games, be silly, hear stories and have fun all while working on our bike skills. Pedal Pals focuses on teaching how to ride on two wheels (no training wheels). New this year we will have three classes per session where we will build on our skills learned the previous week.

*Intended for those new to riding a 2 wheeled bike; no training wheels*

Youth Cheer Clinic - Summer 2025

Do you have a child that might be interested in cheerleading? Have them try it out in this 4-week introductory program. Led by Holland Recreation’s Rocket Football Cheer coach, participants will learn the basics, and discover their love for the sport in this low-commitment Summer clinic.

1st & 2nd Grade Sideline Cheer Team - Fall 2025

The Holland Recreation Cheer Team runs in conjunction with the 1st & 2nd Grade Youth Flag Football program. Participants will spend the fall developing new cheerleading skills and working together to cheer the Holland Flag Football teams to victory. Participants will need to provide their own black shorts or leggings. Holland Recreation will provide participants with a cheer shirt.

3rd - 5th Grade Sideline Cheer Team - Fall 2025

This class will provide a fun and creative space for kids to discover high-energy movement. Classes will include a short warm-up, gentle stretching, and teaching the basic fundamentals of gymnastics, tap, and ballet through creative and imaginative exercises throughout the two weeks. Our final class will include a short performance to show family and friends all they’ve learned.

Dance Discovery with Disney Workshops - Summer 2025

During these one-day workshops, your child will be introduced to dance in a fun, Disney-themed environment. Each workshop will include a high-energy warm up, imagination games, a craft, and a brief dance performance at the conclusion. Students are encouraged to dress up according to the workshop’s theme.

Jazz Gym Clinic - Summer 2025

This class will provide a fun and creative space for kids to discover high-energy movement. Classes will include a short warm-up, gentle stretching, basic fundamentals of jazz dance and gymnastics technique, and creative encouragement through imaginative exercises. Our final class will include a short performance to show family and friends all they’ve learned.

Tumble Time - Fall 2025

An introduction to basic ballet and gymnastics. Participants will use tumbling mats and learn simple terminology.

Tricks & Kicks - Fall 2025

In this class, participants will be learning more about flexibility and exploring advanced tumbling skills. We will be using a combination of jazz basics and gymnastics to choreograph a dance to show their friends and family at the end of the session.

Rhythm & Movement - Fall 2025

Students will be introduced to jazz and hip-hop in an age-appropriate style. They will explore the fundamentals of jazz and hip-hop, and learn about moving to the rhythm of the music. Students will give a short performance on the last day of class so their family can see what they’ve learned.

Introduction to Disc Golf - Summer 2025

This is a great opportunity for kids to learn about the sport of disc golf and the skills necessary to play. Participants will learn techniques for disc golf through drills and activities. This is an instructor led program.

During this camp participants will learn basic beats and rhythms. Each participant will receive a bucket drum and sticks at the end of the course. No equipment needed.

Little Footballers - Fall 2025

Little Footballers is a great opportunity for kids to learn about the sport and the basic motor skills necessary to play. This is an instructional clinic, not a league. No teams will be formed. This is a parent-child interactive program, so each child is required to have a parent/guardian join them in the program. Classes are limited to 20 children.

Preseason Football Camp - Summer 2025

Participants will learn the game of football through drills and activities. This camp is to get kids excited and ready for the upcoming football season. All skill levels are welcome. This camp is led by the Holland Varsity football coaching staff and players.

1st & 2nd Grade Flag Football - Fall 2025

Participants will learn the fundamentals of football in a non-tackling league. Participants will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays to begin the season. Once games begin, teams will practice on either Tuesday or Thursday and have a game on the other day.

Flag belts and jerseys will be provided by Holland Recreation.  Mouthpiece and rubber cleats are encouraged, but not required. 

3rd & 4th Grade Flag Football - Fall 2025

Participants will learn the fundamentals of football in this non-tackling league. Flag belts will be used instead of tackling. Mouthpiece and rubber cleats are encouraged, but not required. Games will be played on Saturdays with practices held during the week, as determined by the volunteer coach.  Volunteer coaches make this league possible.

3rd/4th Grade Football - After School Practices - Fall 2025

The After School teams will practice on two weekday afternoons per week and play games on Saturday mornings. Practices will take place at an HPS elementary school. 

After school practices will begin at the conclusion of the school day and go until 5:15 PM. Transportation after school to practice sites will be provided by Holland Recreation. Parents and guardians are responsible for picking their child up after practice at 5:15 PM.

5th/6th Grade Tackle Football - Fall 2025

5th & 6th graders will compete in the West Michigan Junior Football League (WMJFL) on Saturdays with practices held during the week.  Holland Christian and Holland Public teams will be formed. Kids from any school are allowed registered for this program. Participants will be provided a game jersey by Holland Recreation.  Players are responsible for all required football equipment including black pants and white football helmet.  

Introduction to Golf - Summer - Summer 2025

This program is a partnership between Holland recreation and First Tee of West Michigan. This camp is open to all skill levels from beginners to advanced golfers. If you have your own golf clubs, you may bring them. If you do not have any golf clubs, some will be provided. First Tee instructors will lead this camp.

Summer Lacrosse Clinic - Summer 2025

Participants will learn the basic skills of lacrosse through drills in this instructor led program. Participants can bring their own equipment if they choose but lacrosse sticks, balls, and goals will be provided. Helmets and pads will not be used in this program. Participants should wear athletic clothes and shoes.

Spring Martial Arts - Spring 2025

SKILLZ is a Martial Arts training program that targets the age-specific needs in children. Holland Recreation's Martial Arts programs are instructed by staff from Fuzion Martial Arts. 

Summer Martial Arts - Summer 2025

Early Skillz  3 and 4 year olds love physical activity and anything involving play. Kids in this age group tend to have a hard time with structure in a group environment like what is commonly found in most Martial Arts schools. With that said, a special Martial Arts program that targets their developmental stage and keeps them entertained by introducing early skill based training in Martial Arts has proven to be successful.  The 8 age-appropriate skills that make up the Early Skillz program are kicking, blocking, hopping, running, punching, crawling, rolling and catching. 

Basic Skillz 5 and 6 year old students make for an incredibly enthusiastic class, they love creativity and problem solving. With the structured Basic Skillz class the students will work on martial arts skills and self defense movements that work to build skills such as, focus, teamwork, control, memory, balance, discipline, fitness and coordination. All experience levels welcome.

Core Skillz 7 - 12 year olds are becoming more proficient in their overall abilities. Core Skillz is a self defense program that targets their stage of development in a manner that adapts to their adventurous attitude and youthful nature while at the same time building skills that set them up for success. Martial Arts skill focus during training will also include agility, technique, courage, flexibility, intensity, perseverance, speed and concentration.

Our Sports Exploration Program is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports over 5 weeks. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of a new sport each week. Our staff will guide your child to expand their personal development, athletic skills, and knowledge of various sports. Your child will walk away with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self- discipline. Children of all skill levels and abilities will enjoy this high-energy, high-excitement program.

Outdoor Exploration Camp - Summer 2025

Join us for a fun 3-day camp where your child will learn basic wilderness survival skills. Each day, they'll discover a new outdoor skill and practice it through hands-on activities. This camp is a great way for your child to explore nature, develop useful skills, and connect with the outdoors.

Junior Adventure Day Camp - Summer 2025

Your child will have so much fun at Junior Adventure Day Camp this summer. Daily camp activities include field trips to Holland area attractions, athletics, games, lots of time outdoors and the chance to hang out with other kids their age. Junior Adventure Day Camp has become one of Holland’s top summer attractions with kids returning year after year. Choose the one-week session that fits your summer schedule the best.

Program runs Monday - Thursday; activities start each day at  9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM. Children should wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring a sack lunch. More detailed information will be emailed to each participant containing important information regarding pick-up and drop-off times and locations one week prior to the session start date.

Parents/Guardians are required to complete the Medical Information/Release Form.

Slimetopia 4: Once Upon a Slime Mini Camp - Summer 2025

Join us for our unique mini camp, where your child will embark on thrilling adventures inspired by timeless children's literature. Children will not only have a blast creating their very own slime masterpieces but also engage in exciting STEAM challenges that spark creativity and critical thinking. 

Friday Field Days - Summer 2025

Come out and have your child join us once a month for a morning full of their favorite games, sports, and activities! Field days will be led and supervised by our Junior Adventure Day Camp staff.

Triathlon Camp - Summer 2025

Would your child like the chance to practice before the Tulip City Kids' Triathlon? Then join us for Triathlon Camp. Participants ages 8 - 13 will have the opportunity to train the three disciplines of a triathlon; swimming, biking, and running, with our local triathlon guru, Coach Kayla, from Gazelle Sports. No experience necessary, although to participate children do need to be able to ride a bike and swim the length of a pool comfortably. Athletes will need a towel, swimsuit, shoes to run in, a bike, and a helmet.

Fall Little Kickers - Fall 2025

Little Kickers is a great opportunity for kids to learn about the sport and the basic motor skills necessary to play. This is an instructional clinic, not a league. No teams will be formed. This is a parent-child interactive program, so each child is required to have a parent/guardian join them in the program.

Kindergarten Soccer - Fall 2025

Kindergarten Soccer is a program focused on skill development. Players will be broken into teams. Boys and girls will play separately. The first three Saturdays will consist of practice and drills, and the final three Saturdays will be game days. Volunteer coaches are needed for this league.

1st & 2nd Grade Soccer League - Fall 2025

Youth Soccer Leagues are focused on skill development & sportsmanship. Participants must wear shin guards. Cleats or tennis shoes are recommended. Volunteer coaches needed for this league. Games will primarily be played on Saturdays. Practices take place during the week at the discretion of the volunteer coach.

Teams will play two or three games outside the City of Holland against other communities in the Lakeshore Area. Games will primarily be played on Saturdays, with occasional games on weekday evenings. Practices take place during the week at the discretion of the volunteer coach.

Mini Swimmers - Summer 2025

Mini Swimmers is a chance to get your little one some experience in water! This program is designed to introduce younglings to the water in a fun and safe environment. Instructors will focus on building comfort and confidence in the water through various activities. This is a parent-child interactive program, so each child is required to have a parent/guardian join them in the water.

Dive Camp - Summer 2025

Work with local dive coaches to become familiar or further your skills in competitive diving. A great camp for both beginner & experienced divers. Prior to enrollment, participants must be comfortable jumping off a diving board and swimming in deep water. If weather cancellations occur, Fridays will be used as make-up days. This program will take place at our outdoor swimming facility, Bouws Pool.

Swimming Lessons - Summer 2025

The goal of Swimming Lessons at Bouws Pool is to help kids adjust to the water and learn essential swimming skills. Living in West Michigan, opportunities to be near water are abundant and we want to make sure kids are equipped with the age-appropriate skills to stay safe around the water. While parents are not asked to be in the water with their child, they should remain near the pool area during the lesson. Lessons run in 2-week sessions, Monday - Thursday. If weather cancellations occur, Fridays will be used as make-up days. This program will take place at our outdoor swimming facility, Bouws Pool.

Youth Tennis Lessons - Summer 2025

Tennis instruction and competitive play for area youth ages 6 and older. Age is determined by the first day of the program. All classes will run Monday through Friday. If necessary, lessons may be cancelled due to inclement weather and will not be rescheduled. Cancellation notifications will be emailed to participants and posted on the Holland Recreation website. Please do not sign your child up for more than two sessions throughout the summer, so more individuals have the opportunity to play. .

Lakeshore Track & Field Meet - Summer 2025

The Lakeshore Youth Track & Field Meet is an annual track & field event that takes place at the end of June. All boys and girls from 3rd grade - 8th grade are welcome to participate. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in sprints, middle distance, long distance, and field events. The philosophy of this meet is to bring the Lakeshore kids together for a fun, running, jumping, throwing event.

Track Events: 70 Meter, 100 Meter, 200 Meter, 400 Meter, 800 Meter, 1600 Meter
Field Events: Shot Put, Long Jump, High Jump

Those registered for Track & Field Camp through Holland Recreation are automatically registered for the Lakeshore Track Meet & do not need to register for the event separately.

Track & Field Camp - Summer 2025

Boys and girls  in 3rd - 8th grade are invited to learn the fundamentals of track & field in this 4-day camp. This program will be led by HPS Track & Field coaches and athletes.

Participants who participate in Track & Field Camp will be automatically registered for the Lakeshore Track & Field Meet on Monday, July 29, 2024.

7th & 8th Grade Volleyball League - Summer 2025

This league is a great opportunity for 7th & 8th graders to continue practicing in the off-season. Players sign up individually and are split into teams. One night of the week is designated for practice and one night for games. Volunteer coaches needed for this league.

3rd & 4th Grade Volleyball Clinic - Fall 2025

A great introductory volleyball experience. Participants will learn the basics of indoor volleyball in this program that will include drills and fun games. This is an instructional clinic, so no teams will be formed. Boys and girls may participate.

5th & 6th Grade Volleyball League - Fall 2025

Participants in this league will have the opportunity to compete against other area communities in the Lakeshore Volleyball League. Players sign-up individually and are placed on a team. Saturday games will require some travel to local communities. Volunteer coaches are needed for this league.

Sand Wrestling Clinic - Summer 2025

Learn the proper techniques and skills needed to wrestle. Sand wrestling gives participants the opportunity to learn wrestling on a soft surface while enjoying the outdoors.
