St. Charles District Golf - Spring 2022

The program is broken down into two leagues - Big League - 5th-8th graders - 4 clinics run by LPGA / PGA professionals followed by 6 rounds of competitive golf. Teams will be limited to a maximum of 8 players grouped by gender/grade.

 Little League - 1st-4th graders and consists of 6 clinics run by LPGA / PGA professionals followed by 2 nine-hole rounds. Teams will be limited to a maximum of 10 players.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • When do the clinics start?: The Big League clinics generally start in mid-March with the competitive matches beginning in late April. Little League clinics generally begin late April.
  • When are the clinics and matches?: Clinics and matches will only be scheduled on Saturday and Sundays, times will vary. The schedule will not be determined until after the rosters have been completed.
  • My child has never golfed before...: The CYC Golf League is designed for beginners, even those who have never touch a club. There are players who are more advanced, however the majority of players have little to no experience.
  • What is required equipment?: A set of golf clubs with a bag – these can be junior clubs or whatever you have available. There is a dress code as golfers need to dress appropriately.
  • What is required from me as a parent?: Encouragement and support! Local PGA Profession Instructors will take care of the clinics! We can always use coaches and team managers!
