Little Lions U5 Fall 2025 - Fall 2025

Lion Cubs

If your 2.5- 4 year old is brand new to soccer, Lion Cubs is where its at! Lion Cubs is run by Coaches Robert Long and Lori Babers. Their goal for your player is to teach them a bit about how soccer works. They will learn how to pass, how to shoot, how to dribble and how to be an amazing teammate! Since ECSC strives to be such a family friendly culture, we encourage all parents to join the Little Lions on field at practice and work with your kids to bond and have a great time.

  • 1- 30 minute practice per week on assigned week night, exact days and times will be available during the scheduling process.
  • The Lion Cubs will be invited to play a scrimmage game during the half time show of two of the U15 games during the season (Saturday Morning on the 4th and 8th game weeks)
  • Favorite games such as red light, green light, Simon says, "Kick the coach", and many more.
  • Roster sizes of 10 or less

Mighty Cubs

If your 3- 4 year old has played a sport before (not necessarily soccer), this is where they belong! Might Lions will practice and play every week. This is run by Coaches Robert Long and Lori Babers. Their goal for your player is to take what they have learned in practice and put it into action in the game. Since ECSC strives to be such a family friendly culture, we encourage all parents to join the Little Lions on field at practice and work with your kids to bond and have a great time.

  • 1 night per week on assigned week night, games to follow practices on same night (20-30 minutes of practicing / 20-30 minute game to follow practice).
  • The Mighty Cubs will be invited to play a scrimmage game during the half time show of two of the U15 games during the season (Saturday Morning on the 4th and 8th game weeks)
  • Roster sizes of 7 or less

Rosters published 8/18. Practices begin the week of 9/8

Saturday Game dates: 10/11 (USA Day), 11/8 (Championship  & 5pm end of season party)

In the event of rain cancellation: 11/15 (Championship  & 5pm end of season party)
