Girls Youth Basketball - ESYBL 2025 - Fall 2025

3rd-8th Grade Girls Basketball

The girls basketball program is through the ESYBL traveling basketball league for female athletes in grades 4th-8th. 

The season will run from the beginning of end of September for practices. Games will start the last Saturday of October (25th) and run through the 1st Saturday in December (the 6th). No games the weekend of Thanksgiving!

All games will be played on Saturday's, either in Juneau or in surrounding communities. 

WHERE:  Practices are held at the Juneau Community Center or Dodgeland. (TBD based on availability) Travel to games is required unless it is a home tourney. (Schedule TBD)
WHEN:  Saturday Games 10/25-12/6 (TIMES TBD) Practices will begin the week of September 29th
FEE:  $50 Resident $60 Non-Resident
AGES:  3rd-8th Grade

REGISTRATION CLOSES SEPTEMBER 18th!
In order to have a complete team in any grade level we must have at least 8 players registered and eligible to play at that grade level. Teams will not be created at any grade level with less than 8 players. If you have any questions about this please contact Hunter at (920) 386-4812.

*At least one parent/guardian of each player is required to help with concessions unless a parent/guardian is coaching. By registering and paying for your athlete to participate you are agreeing to help with concessions. 

Disc Golf Program - Summer '25 - Summer 2025

Let's Play Some Disc Golf!!

Join us for our disc golf program. You can learn the fundamentals if you wish, or just play casually with others who are also attending!

Open to all members of the family, if parents want to join their kids during the later time, they can - but the early 8am round is only for adults!

Location: Dodgeland School Course. We will meet by Hole 1 at the designated start time.

Dates: Wednesdays July 16th - August 27th

Time: Ages 18+ 8:00am

          Ages 5-17 10:00am

*The Rec Department has some discs that can be used during the day of the program, but must be returned at the end of the round. These will be available on a first come, first serve basis every day. Otherwise, feel free to bring your own discs if you have them. 

Flag Football '25 - Fall 2025

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?!?!

Football season is approaching fast, so what better way to enjoy the fall weather than with some Flag Football!

Juneau Recreation will offer Flag Football for boys and girls in grades K-5th. The first couple weeks will be practices followed by games.

Who: Boys and Girls in grades K-5th. Divisions will be separated into K-1st, 2-3rd, and 4-5th grade.

When: Thursday evenings, starting at 5pm. *some divisions may play at the same time on opposite ends of the field if needed*

Where: Juneau City Park - Addie Joss Field outfield

We are always looking for volunteer coaches for programs. Coaches will receive a credit of half the registration cost on their accounts after completion of the season.

*There must be a minimum of 5 players registered to run the age division. If >5 but less than 12, the program will be set as more of a skills/practice program unless games can be played against other communities.  TBD

Adult Kickball Fall '25 - Fall 2025

Let's kick is back with a little nostalgia game!

Adult Co-Ed Kickball League

When: Tuesday Nights starting at 6pm

Dates: September 2nd - October 28th, 2025

There will be 8 weeks of regular season games followed by 1 week for playoffs. Teams can have up to 10 players playing at a time, but must always field at least 6! Teams must follow a -1 girl to guy ratio. For example, teams can play with 4 girls and 5 guys, but not 3 girls and 5 guys.  Teams can play with as many girls wanted.

*There must be a minimum of 4 teams registered to run this league. If there are over 8 teams signed up, only the top 8 seeds will make the playoffs

Rage Soccer '25-26 - Fall 2025

Rage Soccer Signups for the Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 Season!

Rage Soccer is a recreational traveling soccer league that takes place in fall 2025 and spring 2026 ranging from U7-U14. 

Due to league requirements, sign ups are due July 14th! More information will be distributed as it becomes available. 

Standard Fees: $75.00

Coaching Discount: $20 off!

*All teams have enrollment caps. If an offering meets it's enrollment, any additional registrants will be waitlisted and payment will be deferred until a second team can be formed.
