Adult Broomball leagues are a good social gathering opportunity while getting exercise in the great outdoors. It's a great way to stay active in the winter. Leagues are open to anyone ages 18 and up and are organized into different levels of competition. Broomball is similar to ice hockey, but is played with shoes instead of skates, uses a ball rather than a puck and broom-shaped sticks versus regular hockey sticks.
