Welcome to the 2022 Mineral Wells Youth Sports Association

 
This registration session will allow you to complete all the necessary steps required to properly enroll your child(ren) for the upcoming 2022 season. Please read through and follow the instructions to complete the process. It is important that all the information provided is accurate. The same information will be provided to the league for your child's certification and eligibility with the Metroplex Youth Football Association in 2022. Any inaccurate information will cause your child to be ineligible for the 2022 season.

To complete the Football Registration process please have the following information available.
1) Current photo of your child
2) Copy of the child's Birth Certificate
3) Copy of the child's Skyward Profile Page
4) Acceptable Form of Payment - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, Check, Cash
