  • What is the Registration Fee?: **06U to 12U Players: $280 per player. $100 is due at time of registration. **04U Flag players: $160 per player. $80 is due at time of registration.
  • What does my child need to play?: **4U Players: We need a copy of the child's birth certificate. **6U to 14U Players: We need a State Issued ID for each player
  • How do I obtain a Georgia State ID?: Visit dds.georgia.gov to complete online application. Take the following to DDS: -a certified copy of child's birth certificate -proof of child's SSN (social security card or parent’s tax return with child SSN) -a parent w picture ID (parent name must be on birth certificate) -2 pieces of mail or bills (dated within the last 6 months). The Georgia ID is $32 and will take 30 days to arrive.
  • Items for Official Game Book -per player: -a State Issued ID -a completed medical clearance form (the form will be in the registration packet and must be completed by a physician) -State IDs will also be required for age verification Please start now in obtaining the IDs. It will take 4-6 weeks for them to come in the mail. At the end of the season, we will return the ID to a parent.
  • Who can register as a volunteer?: Pre-approved staff members (coaches, assistant coaches and team moms). Please see Mrs. Ericka Washington to see if you are on the PRE-APPROVED list.
