Youth Basketball 25-26 - Winter 2025

Court is Calling! Youth Basketball League 

Get ready to dribble, shoot, and score! Join our Girls and Boys Youth Basketball League!

6-game season played on Saturdays. Dates: Starts December 6th, 2025, through January 31st, 2026. Courts: Sterling High School, Sterling Middle School, or NJC.

Players: All Ages Welcome!

Little Ballers (Co-Ed): For our youngest hoopers, 4-year-olds through 1st graders!

• NO preseason practices! Meet your coach on the first game day for skills and a fun mini-scrimmage. Your coach will contact you about a week before games start.

Youth League (Boys & Girls): For 2nd through 6th grade players.

• Grades will be combined if needed to ensure everyone gets to play!

• Boys and Girls will be divided in their grade level and school!

Volunteer Coaches Needed!

Inspire a team and have a blast!

• Sign up as a volunteer on team-sideline.

• Coaches Meeting: Sat, October 22nd, 2026 4:00 pm–6:00 AM (come-and-go) in the Rec Shed.

Referees Needed! Get paid to call the shots and be part of the action.

Adult Fall Volleyball - Fall 2025

Looking for a way to bump, set, and spike your way into fall? Get ready to unleash your inner volleyball star!

Join our Fall Adult Volleyball League and get ready for some high-flying action. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just want to have some fun, we've got a spot for you.

Games start on September 29th or 30th, depending on your league. Here's the rundown of our leagues and game nights:

• Women's Leagues (Mondays): We have a spot for every skill level, from Recreational and Intermediate to Competitive.

• Co-Rec Open (Tuesdays): Grab your friends and play in our co-ed league, this league is an Open  league.

A few key rules to keep in mind:

• You must be at least 16 years old to play, 16-18 year old's will need a parent to sign their waiver. 

• If you're a current or former High School Varsity or College player (within the last two years), you'll need to join the Women's Competitive league to keep things fair and fun for everyone.
