Cleat Exchange at Movie Night in the Park - Summer 2025

Fountain Parks & Recreation is excited to host a Cleat Exchange on Friday, June 20, 2025, as we launch our 2025 Movie Night in the Park series at Metcalfe Park.

You can drop off gently used, clean football, soccer, or baseball cleats Monday through Friday at any of the following locations:

• Fountain Parks & Recreation Office
• City Hall
• Metcalfe Park Sports Complex

Drop off bins will be available for your convenience. Please ensure cleats are tied together, labeled with the size, and in good condition-no holes or tears.

Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Movie: Moana 2 begins at dusk

This event is FREE and open to everyone-you do not need to be a Fountain resident to participate.

Donating cleats is encouraged but not required to receive a free pair. (Limit: one pair per player)

Please Note: While we will have a variety of sizes available, we cannot guarantee every size will be in stock. The primary (parent) account holder must complete the registration. Shoe size information will be collected at checkout.

2025 Youth T-ball & Baseball - Summer 2025

Our youth baseball is available in the summer for youth ages 4 -up to 13 years old(If your child turns 13 before July 26th, they will not be eligible for play).  Is designed to develop an understanding of rules, teamwork, fundamentals, and sportsmanship. Teams will play 6 games, with games being held at Metcalfe Park on Saturdays.  Season begins July 26th, 2025, and ends August 30th, 2025. **YOUR CHILD'S AGE MAY GIVE AN OPTION TO BE IN TWO AGE GROUPS PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD TO THE BEST FIT*

*T-ball co-ed ages 4-6

*Coach Pitch co-ed ages 6.5-8.5

*Machine Pitch co-ed ages 9-10.5

*Player Pitch co-ed ages 11- up to 13

Youth Soccer is available in the Spring for youth ages 4-12 (up to 13 if your child turns 13 before Sep 6th they will not be eligible for play) designed to develop an understanding of rules, teamwork, fundamentals, and sportsmanship. Teams will play a 6-game regular season (5 Games Guaranteed), with games being held on Saturday in Fountain at Fountain Mesa Park starting Sept 6, 2025 and ending October 11th, 2025. *YOUR CHILD'S AGE MAY GIVE AN OPTION TO BE IN TWO AGE GROUPS PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD TO THE BEST FIT*

Unleashed Skillz Spring 2025 - Spring 2025

Mission:

To develop athletes with the basic skills, techniques and fundamentals to compete at a higher level.

Vision:

See every athlete grow, learn and embrace the process of training.

Athletic Training: Speed, Power, Agility, Quickness 

Cost:  $60 first child $50 each additional child (There will be 4 classes each month)

Classes will be held at Metcalfe Park, every Monday and Tuesday Night;

May sessions will start May 12th 

June sessions will start June 2nd

7-11 years 6:00pm-7:00pm

12-18 years 7:00pm-8:00pm

Teams will play a 6 game regular season (5 Games Guaranteed), with games being held on Saturday in Fountain at Fountain Mesa Park starting May 31st, 2025 and ending July 12th, 2025, there will be no games Memeorial day weekend. *YOUR CHILD'S AGE MAY GIVE AN OPTION TO BE IN TWO AGE GROUPS PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD TO THE BEST FIT*

Co-ed Sand Volleyball 2025 - Summer 2025

Summer Co-ed Volleyball 

Have fun in the sun this summer at Metcalfe Park!  Games will be self-officiated on Tuesday Nights.  This is a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy our new volleyball courts.  Season will be from May 27, 2025 -  Jul 08, 2025.  

Cost is $100 per team for 7 game season

Co-ed Softball 2025 - Fall 2025

Designed for friends to enjoy each other’s company while exercising and enjoying the atmosphere;

Season will consist of a minimum of 5 games.  If we have more than 6 teams, we will add additional games.  

Games will be played Thursday night’s starting September 25th; last scheduled game will be November 6th. 

Cost is $300.00 per team

Each Team will be required to pay a cash $25.00 Umpire Fee before each game.
