FAQ

HOW CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TEAMMATE?

Buddy requests are permitted ONLY for the JR. ROOKIE and ROOKIE divisions. Players in all other divisions will be drafted. To request a teammate, both players must email the recreation department at recreation@cityofescalon.org. While we will do our best to accommodate buddy requests, please note that it is not guaranteed.

Siblings in the same division will automatically be placed on the same team, unless a parent requests otherwise. Siblings are brothers or sisters related by birth, adoption, or a parent's marriage.

Each player is allowed one buddy request. All requests must be received by the end of the registration period.

COACH REQUESTS 

Coach requests are allowed ONLY for the JR. ROOKIE and ROOKIE divisions. Players in all other divisions will be drafted. If you would like a specific coach, we recommend contacting that coach directly to request they draft your child. Please note that it is ultimately up to the coaches to draft players, so this request is not guaranteed.
