📝 Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that situations can change, and we want to be transparent about the refund process. Please read the following carefully before registering.
âś… General Refund Policy (Sports Programs)
Refund Policy (Classes)
You may cancel and request a refund up until registration closes.
Once registration closes, you must reach out directly to the class instructor for their refund policy.
⚕️ Medical Refunds (Sports Programs)
After registration closes, but before the season begins, refunds will only be issued for medical reasons under the following conditions:
A signed doctor’s note must be provided, clearly stating that the player cannot participate due to a medical issue.
The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the doctor’s note date and before the season starts.
If approved, the refund will be:
âť— No medical refunds will be issued once the season has started.
đźš« Program Cancellations or Division Not Formed (Sports & Class Programs)
In rare cases, a division or team may not be able to form due to:
Low player registration numbers
Lack of available volunteer coaches
Unexpected season cancellation (not the fault of the participant)
If this occurs, families will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee, minus service fees (e.g., credit card processing). We will do our best to notify families as early as possible and offer alternative options if available.
