Teams are formed through a draft process. Coach Look is a short event to introduce the players to the coaches and perform a few drills. This helps the coaches as part of their preparation for the draft. Players that do not attend the Coach Look will have their name placed in a hat and drafted as a "hat pick". Please make every effort to be at the Coach Look.
