NVAA Basketball - Winter 2025

North Valley Athletic Association (NVAA) basketball is divided into boys and girls teams for grades 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th. It is played with other member organizations that include Ft. Lupton, Platteville, LaSalle, Evans, Eaton, Highland, Wiggins. One-hour practices are held twice per week, at either PVES or PVMS, typically in a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday format. All games are played on Saturdays at rotating locations between 9 AM and 5 PM. 

Note: Coach and player requests will be process on a first-come, first-served basis for the 2025 youth basketball season. However, requests are never guaranteed, unless a parent is coaching their child's team. Rosters and schedules are made at the sole discretion of the recreation director, per Town Board-approved department policy, and are dependent on many variables that may prevent requests from being honored. If you have a request that must be honored in order for your child to play (i.e., a scheduling conflict), as opposed to a personal preference, please contact Brandon Unruh at bunruh@kerseygov.com.

NVAA Spring Soccer - Spring 2026

Soccer for grades 3rd-8th grade played through the North Valley Athletic Association. Practices are located at Centennial Park in Kersey and are held from one hour twice a week between 5-8 PM; most teams will practice Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Games will be played on Saturdays at league-chapter locations in northern Colorado.

NVAA Spring Volleyball - Spring 2026

Volleyball for grades K-8th grade played through the North Valley Athletic Association. Practices are primarily located at the PVES gymnasium and are held from one hour twice a week between 5-8 PM; most teams will practice Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Games will be played on Saturdays at league-chapter locations in northern Colorado.

Tri-Valley Spring Soccer - Spring 2026

6U and 8U youth soccer played through the Tri-Valley (Kersey, LaSalle, Platteville) League. Practices are located at Centennial Park in Kersey and are held from one hour twice a week between 5-7 PM; most teams will practice Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Games will be played on Saturdays at league-chapter locations in northern Colorado.
