The annual City Nite Out draws nearly 2,000 people from Wood Village and the greater East County region. From free cotton candy and hot dogs to dunk tanks and bouncy houses, there’s plenty of fun for the whole family!Held at the centrally located Wood Village Baptist Church, the City Nite Out utilizes the large outdoor space that offers places for kids to play, like the futsal and basketball court. A DJ livens the atmosphere playing music and holding hula hoop and dance contests throughout the evening. With room for nearly 40 vendors at the event, the City brings in organizations like Lideres Naturales, Multnomah County Library, MCSO, Mt. Hood Community College, Ride Connection, New Avenues for Youth, and more to offer free resources and swag while mingling with community members of all ages.
