Insurance & Special requirements

Information regarding insurance and other requirements for reservations.

City Hall & Civic Center Reservations

Insurance is required for all evening and weekend rentals.

Liability Insurance

  • Must be provided within ten (10) business days of reservation or at least five (5) business days before reservation.
  • Must name the City of Wood Village as an additional insured
  • Amounts: $1 million single occurrence and $2 million general aggregate
  • Additional Host Liquor Liability Insurance is required for all events serving or selling alcohol

Alcohol Events

If alcohol is sold at the event, an OLCC Special Event Permit is required at the time of the reservation.

If alcohol is served at the event, the server must attend an Alcohol Server Education class and a copy of their Alcohol Service Certificate must be submitted to the City prior to the event.

Donald L Robertson City Park Reservations

Insurance is required for large groups (100+) and commercial events.

Insurance is required for bounce houses and other high risk activities.

Alcohol Events

No alcohol is permitted in Donald L Robertson City Park or any of its facilities.
