Youth Intro to Jiu-Jitsu: August Session - Summer II 2025

Learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense. Your child will learn self-confidence, self-control, problem-solving, and an awareness of their surroundings. Learning Jiu-Jitsu will give your child important skills that will last them a lifetime. Build on your skills each week or hone in skills you already learned.  

Gi required, purchased independently. 

Monthly program.

New session every first Tuesday of the Month.

Tuesdays  5:45pm-6:30pm

This program happens once a week at Windy River Elementary.

Drop in and see what it's all about before committing. $10 Drop-in Fee. 

Ages: 8 to 14

Aprende los conceptos basicos de Jiu-Jitsu y Autodefensa. Su hijo aprendera a tener confianza en si mismo, a resolver problemas y ser consciente de su etorno. Aprender Jiu-Jitsu le dara a su hijo habilidades importantes que le duraran toda la vida. Desarolla tus habilidades cada semana o perfecciona las que ya aprendiste.

Pet Run/Walk 5K - Fall 2025

Lace up your sneakers, leash up your pets, and join us for a tail-wagging good time at our very first Pet Walk/Run 5K! This fun run is open to all animal lovers—whether your companion is a dog, cat, rabbit, ferret, goat, or something more exotic, we welcome all well-behaved pets to strut their stuff along the scenic Columbia River. All proceeds will be donated to a local animal shelter!

Enjoy the 5K route at your own pace, grab lunch (on us!), and celebrate the bond between humans and animals. It's a great way to get active, support a local cause, and connect with the pet-loving community. 

Registration includes: Lunch, award, and one pet swag item!

Safety & Respect are top priority: Please ensure your pet is leashed, secured, and under control at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior from animals and people alike! Please remember to clean up any surprises from your pet in the park and along the race route. :)
