2025 Assumption Instructional Soccer PreK-K - Fall 2025
Instructional soccer is an "in-house" program and does not require an annual CYC membership in order to register.
However, you are required to select a concession shift upon completion of your program registration. Please do not skip this step. Instructions for completing this can be found in the link below. You may also reach to the contacts below for additional assistance.
Make sure to enroll for the grade your child will be in the 25-26 school year.

2025 Holy Cross Academy Soccer CYC K-8th - Fall 2025
To register, you must meet one of the following:

This year, Annunciation Athletics will collaborate with fellow HCA parishes PROV and SMA in offering CYC sports by sharing resources and volunteers. Annunciation athletes should now register at Our Lady of Providence or St. Michael and are encouraged to coordinate with their prior year’s coaches before selecting a parish for registration. 2025 HCA PreK Soccer @ OLProv - Fall 2025
Who: Boys and Girls aged between 3-5 years old by Fall of 2025 and enrolled in PreK
What: Introductory co-ed soccer league with an emphasis on smiles and high fives! Each session will have 30min of group instruction followed by 15min of scrimmages. OLP playground, pavilion, & concessions will be available during each session.
When: 11:30-12:15 on the following Saturdays: September 6, 13, 20, 27. October 4, 18, 25
Where: Our Lady of Providence Field 8866 Pardee Rd. Crestwood, MO 63123
Bring: Your own ball (any size), shin guards (optional), cleats/tennis shoes, water bottle
Cost: 1st child is $60, 2nd child is $30, and 3rd child is $0
Volunteer Parent Coaches: Will be needed! Indicate desire to coach at registration. All parent coaches need to complete the Safe Environment Program Training
Teams: Teams will be grouped by child's age in months. If your child has a friend or family member that you would like to participate with on the same team please indicate during registration and we will do our best to accommodate.

2025 Holy Family Instructional Soccer PreK-K - Fall 2025
Instructional League Soccer is for all members of the Holy family community, both school and non-school families.
Instructional teams practice once a week for about 45 minutes and then play 8-10 games.
Games are generally on Saturday, but weather can cause games to be moved to Sunday.
Everything in instructional is focused on getting the kids exposed to basic soccer skills such as dribbling and shooting then letting them run and play to be comfortable on the field.

Soccer will close June 1st. When adding your children please remember you are adding their school year for 2025-2026.

2025 Our Lady-Festus Soccer CYC 1st-8th - Fall 2025
To register for the OLF Soccer Program, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be a registered member of OLF Parish
- Attend OLF Catholic School
- Live within the OLF Parish Boundaries (click here to enter your address)
- If attending a public school, the elementary school boundary where you live falls within the Parish boundaries.
Cost: $105.00 plus the cost for the uniform if needed. You do not need to purchase a uniform if you bought one last year and it fits.
Practices begin the week of August 1st and will be located at Larry Crites Memorial Park.
All families are required to pay a $50 concession stand deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the season after meeting the requirement of one 1-hour session. Only one deposit per family. If a family member is a volunteer coach, you will be waived of this deposit.
All volunteers must be compliant in the Archdiocesan Prevent and Protect Program and enroll in Play Like A Champion course before participating in coaching CYC sports.

2025 Our Lady-Festus Intramural Soccer PreK-K - Fall 2025
Our Lady Festus Pre-K/Kindergarten soccer is for boys and girls who are either entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025 or who are 4 years old by August 1, 2025.
The cost is $75 per athlete, and there is a $15 discount for siblings also doing intramural.
This is an instructional yet fun program. We will focus on proper kicking form, passing, dribbling, basic soccer rules, and improving of gross motor skills.

League runs for 6 weeks. Classes consist of a 30-minute practice followed by a 30-minute game.
Four parent volunteers per team are needed.

To register for the St. Paul Fenton Soccer Program, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Please note, you must fulfill 1 Work Duty shift per family for BOTH our St. Paul Fall Soccer Tournament and the 2025 Regular Season, OR you can purchase the Work Duty Buyout. Head Coaches are exempt from Work Duty.
- You may purchase the Work Duty Buyout option during registration. The cost is $300 per family ($300/family for tournament AND $300/family for regular season).
- If you do not purchase the Work Duty Buyout during registration, your family will be expected to work 1 shift during the tournament AND regular season. If you fail to meet that requirement, a $500 no-show fee will be added to your TeamSideline account.

Uniforms:
- Soccer and Volleyball share the same uniforms. If you purchased one through volleyball registration, you do not need to order another one, only socks if you need them.
- If your child already has a uniform, PLEASE make sure you know where it is and if it still fits.
- Late uniform orders may not be ready before leagues start.
- K grade will receive a t-shirt.
- 1st grade will be required to purchase the full uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks).

2025 St Simon Soccer PreK-K - Fall 2025
CYC Soccer is open to boys & girls in PreK-K who attend St. Simon the Apostle School or PSR, are registered members of the parish, or live within the parish boundaries. The program will run from July to November.
Intramural Registration PreK – K Grade - Cost is $100 for the first child, $150 for two Children and $170 for three or more children.
All families are required to work the Concession Stand. An opportunity will be provided to volunteer for a shift prior to the beginning of the season. Anyone who does not volunteer will be scheduled for an “open” shift during the season. It is the responsibility of the assigned family to work the shift or find someone to cover your shift. Concession Stand Buyout is available for the Soccer Season. In addition, if you do not show up for an assigned shift, we will notify your child(ren) that they are not eligible to participate until the fee has been paid or other arrangements have been made with the STS Athletic Board. Head Coaches are not required to volunteer for concession stand. Thank you for coaching our teams.

SCL instructional volleyball is open to boys and girls entering 1st and 2nd grade for the 2025-2026 school year who attend SCL Day School, attend SCL PSR, live within the SCL parish boundaries, or are registered members of the parish. Come and learn the basic skills of volleyball, passing, serving, setting, spiking while having fun with your classmates! There will be no league, this will only be a skills session. NEW THIS YEAR: Grades 4th, 5th and 6th will have evaluations to determine team placement. Evalutations will take place the week of JUly 7th. Requests for placement with another player will be honored when possible. Placement of athletes will be at the lowest players evaluation ranking. Evaluations will be done by a third party with no affiliation to SJS or SJAA.

2025 St Peter-Kirkwood Volleyball CYC 3rd-8th - Fall 2025

As we begin our second season with Fischer Sports, our uniform partner, each player will provide their own uniform. If a player has a uniform from last year, they can use it again this season. For those who do not have their uniform from last year, or new to CYC volleyball, you will receive a link to purchase uniforms after the sign up period closes.
**Note regarding waitlist
Registrations may be placed on waitlist, this does not mean program is full. While we intend to roster all players, team formation is based on the availability of volunteer coaches. Please consider volunteering to coach on your child’s registration.

2025 Assumption Instructional Baseball PreK-K - Spring 2025
Instructional baseball is an "in-house" program and does not require an annual CYC membership in order to register.
However, you are required to select a concession shift upon completion of your program registration. Please do not skip this step. Instructions for completing this can be found in the link below. You may also reach to the contacts below for additional assistance.
Make sure to enroll for the grade your child will be in the 24-25 school year.

2025 SMOS Pre-K-1st Start Baseball Right - Spring 2025
To register for the SMOS Baseball-Softball Program, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be a registered member of SMOS Parish
- Attend SMOS Catholic School
- Live within the SMOS Parish Boundaries (click here to enter your address)
- Attend a public school whose public school boundary falls within SMOS Parish boundaries
Early fee ends on 1/26 and the late fee is $130
PreK - 1st grade will be participating in Start Baseball Right. This program is an
alternative to Tee Ball in which there are no games, only practices and
scrimmages that are more developmental based and designed to keep kids
more engaged. The program is a 7-week program that will be held at
SLUH. Teams will be comprised of 8-10 players. There will be a head
coach for each team and parents will be expected to participate by
helping facilitate the sessions along with the head coach.

2025 St Simon Intramural Baseball-Softball (PreK-K) - Spring 2025
CYC Baseball-Softball is open to Boys & Girls in PreK-K grade who
- Are a registered member of the Parish, Attend the Parish School, Live within Parish Boundaries or attend a Public School in the Parish Boundaries
- Make sure to enroll for the grade your child is currently enrolled (24-25)
PreK-K Graders - please include contact information for all who will be receiving information via the team app. Cost is $100 for the first child, $150 for two children and $170 for three or more children. CYC will add $5.00 to each registration for the required CYC card. Please have a photo of the player available for upload during registration.
All families are required to work the Concession Stand. An opportunity will be provided to volunteer for a shift prior to the beginning of the season. Anyone who does not volunteer will be scheduled for an “open” shift during the season. It is the responsibility of the assigned family to work the shift or find someone to cover your shift. If you do not show up for an assigned shift, we will notify your child(ren) that they are not eligible to participate until the fee has been paid or other arrangements have been made with the STS Athletic Board. Head Coaches are not required to volunteer for concession stand. Thank you for coaching our teams.

QAS 2025 Summer Intramural Basketball - Summer 2025
Registration is March 3rd - April 27th.
This is for current 1st Graders and 2nd Graders.
The format will be 30-minute practice, followed by a 30-minute game. Teams will be no larger than 10 players.
Games/practices will be held on Sundays and Thursdays starting June 19th and ending August 3rd.
All participants get a T-Shirt and Basketball.

Immacolata CYC Sports offers a Family Program meaning the family pays a $675 fee for the school year. Any of their children can register for the following sports with no further registration payment. A coupon code for each sports will be supplied changing the registration amount owed to $0. You will still owe a $5 membership fee per child per school year.

25-26 St Gabriel Family Payment - Annual 2025
St. Gabriel CYC Sports offers a Family Program meaning the family pays a $350 fee. Any of their children can register for the following sports with no further registration payment. A coupon code for each sports will be supplied changing the registration amount owed to $0. You will still owe a $5 membership fee per child per school year.

2025 St Joseph-Imperial Flag football - Spring 2025
This is our second season of 5v5 Flag football. Come and help us make it a success. We will be following the NFL flag football rules. Fees will include 6 to 8 games depending on how many teams we have. Get your friends and sign up or just sign up alone and we will put you on a team.
Sign-ups are open for 3-8th grade boys and girls. We may have to play multiple grades against each other. I.e. 3-5,6,7and 8 or 3-4, 5-6, 7-8. This will all be dependent based on numbers.
2 Games will be held on each Saturday in May. May 3, May 10, May 17, May 31 with June 7th as a rainout makeup. No other days will be scheduled due to the weather. Depending on the amount of teams, games could be on other days as well.
Mouthguards are required.
Each team needs 2 coaches. A head coach and an assistant.

2025 St Raphael Summer Basketball Clinic - Summer 2025
We will be offering a basketball skills clinic on Monday nights in June and July for SRA students
Entering 1st through 5th grade next school year. While times and dates are subject to change, we
tentatively plan on starting Monday, June 2nd with the following sessions:
1st and 2nd graders, 5 to 6pm
3rd, 4th, and 5th graders, 6 to 7:30 pm
