4V4 Futsal Tournament 2026 - Winter II 2026

14th annual indoor FUTSAL 4v4 Tournament. 

Team max is 8, with 3 players on field and a goalie. Games consist of 12-minute halves on shortened fields using Official futsal goals. 3-game guarantee.

Midstate’s recreational soccer leagues are for players who prefer casual matches rather than those that are intensely competitive.  Online registration is unavailable. To register you can print the roster form below and turn into the DISC with full payment ONLY. Registration fee is $430. No partial payments will be accepted and the Midstate soccer staff will not be responsible for collecting fees on behalf of a coach or team manager. We also offer the option of JV or Varsity for HS Boys and Girls. Please note we will do our best to create upper and lower leagues based on registration.

DISC Indoor Volleyball - Winter I 2026

6 on 6 Coed Indoor Volleyball at DISC on Thursday Nights.    Teams must have 3 males and 3 females.   Teams can play with more females but vice versa.

 All games are Self-Officiated.    Season consists of 8 games and end of the season tournament.   

4v4 Club League 2025 - Winter 2025

Teams will play two 24 minute games each Tuesday night 3 players on field plus a goalie. Max 8 players per roster. 

$360 per team

Sign up your team (s) via TEAM SIDELINE and rosters can be signed electronically by each individual parent
