Midstate’s recreational soccer leagues are for players who prefer casual matches rather than those that are intensely competitive. Online registration is unavailable. To register you can print the roster form below and turn into the DISC with full payment ONLY. No partial payments will be accepted and the Midstate soccer staff will not be responsible for collecting fees on behalf of a coach or team manager. We also offer the option of JV or Varsity for HS Boys and Girls. Please note we will do our best to create upper and lower leagues based on registration.
