Program Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Adult Kickball league is recreational league that consists of six - eight game season. Games will be at McMaster Athletic Complex. This will be a Co-Ed league. Minimum of eight players. 

Each season a team must submit an updated roster before the 5th game of the season that will be emailed to you. Completed rosters will automatically be emailed to Nick Perkins at Nicholas.Perkins@georgetowntexas.gov through the link provided.

All players on each team will need to make an account on Xplor with the Georgetown Parks and Recreation. Each player must sign a liability wavier and sportsmanship wavier to participate. Link to create an account- http://georgetownparks.perfectmind.com/Menu/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn

Please visit teamsideline.com/georgetown and sign up for weather-related and other field closure information alerts/texts. The duration of outdoor leagues may be impacted by adverse field/weather conditions. A maximum of 2 canceled games will be added to the end of the season as necessary.

 No Call/No Show: If a team will be forfeiting their game, they must give GPARD a written email notice by 12:00pm the day of the game. If the team does not give this notice, there will be a $50.00 fee that is charged to the team. This fee must be paid by the following game, or the team must forfeit the remainder of the games until the fee is paid. This is to eliminate opposing teams and/or staff showing up unnecessarily to play or work. If both teams do not show up and GPARD has not been notified, both teams will take a loss. You will need to e-mail Nick at nicholas.perkins@georgetowntexas.gov for all forfeited notifications.
