City Sports Recreational Youth Flag Football League is a community-focused program designed to introduce kids to flag football in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. Open to children of all skill levels, this league emphasizes basic football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while encouraging a love for the game. With age-based divisions, players learn progressively through age-appropriate drills, practices, and friendly competition. Led by volunteer background checked coaches who are enthusiastic to teach the game, the league aims to foster physical fitness, self-confidence, and lasting friendships among young athletes in our community.

Age Divisions are broken down by age as of September 1, 2025.

5U Division (Ages 4-5): Our 5U Flag Football program introduces kids 5 and under to the basics of football in a fun, safe, and non-contact environment. Players will learn fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while enjoying weekly practices and games. 

7U Division (Ages 6-7): The 7U Flag Football program is perfect for kids aged 7 and under to develop their football skills in a fun, non-contact setting. Players will enhance teamwork, learn game strategies, and participate in weekly practices and games. Join the action and excitement this season!

9U Division (Ages 8-9): Our 9U Flag Football program offers kids aged 9 and under the chance to build football skills, teamwork, and game knowledge in a non-contact, fun-focused environment. With weekly practices and games, players will develop confidence and a love for the game. Sign up today!

11U Division (Ages 10-11): The 11U Flag Football program provides players aged 11 and under with an exciting opportunity to sharpen their football skills and teamwork in a fast-paced, non-contact setting. Weekly practices and games focus on skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship.

13U Division (Ages 12-13): Our 13U Flag Football program is designed for players aged 13 and under to develop advanced football skills, teamwork, and strategy in a fun, non-contact environment. With weekly practices and games, this program combines competition with sportsmanship.

Each division is designed to be age-appropriate, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all! 

Cost and Registration

The league offers an affordable rate with registration set at $60 for residents and $70 for non-residents. Each player in divisions 5U and up will receive a uniform, including a jersey, hats/visors and belts to help them feel like part of the team and build excitement for game days!
