Booster Club 2026
New this year: The Booster Club has determined that approximately $375 per player is needed to cover expenses such as player and coach banquet fees, team-bonding activities, senior night, team gear, team meals, and other season essentials.
At our October parent meeting, we reviewed survey results showing that the majority of families preferred donating directly to the Booster Club instead of participating in fundraisers. We also discussed the opportunity for players and families to seek community support through local business sponsorships to help offset costs.
How to Offset Required Booster Fee
We have three sponsorship levels for businesses interested in becoming club sponsors, and those funds will go toward the list mentioned above. A sponsorship letter with full details was emailed, but you can also use the Sponsor page on this site. The deadline to collect sponsorships is February 28, 2026. After that date, any remaining balance will be due so we can begin preparations for the season.
Our hope is that sponsorships will help reduce costs for all families; however, if you prefer to simply submit your $375 contribution without seeking sponsorships, please do so via the QR code below, by February 28.
If you choose to gather sponsorships to offset costs, add your name to any sponsors you gather and deduct that amount from the total owed for Booster Club Fees, by the February 28 deadline.
