2026 Winter Basketball - Winter 2026

Divisions

• Pre-K (4 years old) - Skills clinics only.
• Kindergarten Coed - Skills clinics only.
• Rookies - Grades 1 & 2
• Minors - Grades 3 & 4
• Majors - Grades 5 & 6

Assessments will be November 6th & 12th for grades 1 through 6. More info to come.

Practices begin early December. Typically two per week on weeknights and/or Saturday mornings. Practices are scheduled by the coaches. Pre-K clinics will be Saturday mornings.

Games run the first week of January through early March and are played weeknights and Saturday mornings. Grades 1 through 6 will play teams from Chesterfield, North Hanover, Springfield, New Egypt, and Mansfield. The Major division will have play-off games.

Uniforms: Players will receive reversible jerseys. Families will need to purchase black basketball shorts and sneakers. *Please make sure that you order the correct size jersey for your player in registration.*

2026 Winter T-Ball Clinic - Winter 2026

Mansfield Township Recreation is excited to offer an 8-week Clinic for players that played at the t-ball level during the 2025 spring season and will be moving up to Rookies in spring 2026. The clinic will run on Thursday nights from 6:00pm - 7:00pm at the Civic Club Indoor Training Facility beginning January 8th and ending on February 26th. Cost is $40 per player and will include a practice t-shirt.

Clinics will include skill-building activities focusing on throwing, catching, batting, and fielding.
